#1 Posted: 1/27/2013 11:00:01 PM Steph Curry has to be up there as well as Kyle Korver. I still remember watching Korver when he was at Creighton drill about 40 in a row from the arc in warmups..Thoughts?

#3 Posted: 1/27/2013 11:04:59 PM i like both of your players.
dont forget kevin durant when he is on.
also, novak when he is open is deadly. as is o.j. mayo from three this year, but i hate betting against the hawks this year, and bulls of late, and seing korver in the corner with the open shot

#4 Posted: 1/27/2013 11:35:50 PM I agree Bobby, Durant is the best in game clutch shooter, but he wouldn't beat Curry or Korver in a stand alone jump shooting contest

#12 Posted: 1/27/2013 11:54:52 PM Let's say you get Allen, Curry, Korver, Novak, and Redick in a stand still three point contest, who wins? I would put Durant and Dirk at the top as far as in game shooters, but I don't think they would beat the above names in a standstill shootout..Their greatness comes from getting and making their own shot during a game..

Korver wins that contest. Guys warms up before game with one handed/no jump threes n swishes 90%. Like a machine. Then again, those other guys probably be close behind |

What you think?
I forgot 5a)Ray Allen I consider him and Korver equal at this point of their careers. Like Kyle would have same affect on Heat(if not better). As Ray does |

#19 Posted: 1/28/2013 1:16:16 AM 1) Steve Novak 2) Kyle Korver 3) Matt Bonner
I'm sorry but in no way are durant and ray allen top 3. Allen in his prime yeah but not right now. And durant could be ina year or too. He's still a scorer, not a pure shooter. Any of these 3 guys would destroy him in a 3 point shootout in my opinion.

Agreed from a "pure" shooter standpoint. Game a bit different. |

#25 Posted: 1/28/2013 6:45:11 AM pure shooter of all time - Drazen Petrovic. there are videos of him hitting over 50 3 pointers in a row in practice. He was also great at creating his own shot and off the dribble, 3pt or 2pt.
now, i would say Durant can he can make his own shot and he is clutch.
