Gonna post my picks for the month in this thread. Easier to manage. Off to a not so stellar start in the NBA this year, and I can't seem to shake the .500 record. Hopefully I can get back on track now that I'm solely focusing on NBA and College Hoops, since football is about over. BOL!

2u Timberwolves ML -110 I know Love is out tonight but it looks like Pekovic and Rubio are both going to be in the lineup. I'll take the home team here to win the game against a slumping Atlanta Hawks team. Plus the T-Wolves have been pretty good at home the last month or so, winning 6 of their last 8 on their home court. |

#2 Posted: 1/8/2013 6:15:36 PM 1u Lakers +8 All signs point to another loss here against Houston tonight, but I'm thinking this team without Dwight Howard missing FT's and Pau Gasol not fitting into the offense might be slightly better off tonight. I'll take 8 points and look for Steve Nash and Kobe to put up some bug numbers. It's not like Houston plays the best defense either. High scoring game, but I think the Lakers can keep it somewhat close. |

2u Charlotte Bobcats +5 -115 Taking the points with the Bobcats at home tonight. They seem to have broken out of their slump, and have been competitive in the last 4 games, winning 2 of those. They get one to the poorer road teams in the NBA in the Utah Jazz. I think the Bobcats can win win tonight, but I'll take to points as well. Should be a close game through out, but I think the Bobcats pull the slight upset here.
