BTW I should really say sound sleep 3 hours a day- I do lay down and think and watch TV
The issue is shutting down the Brain to be sound asleep-
i do pretty much the same thing lol.. never take vacations..i got to sleep at 4am PST every night.. and wake up roughly 7-730amPST.. i'll lay in bed till 9 watching morning sportscenter or something on MLB network.. then i gotta be up cause my 3 year old son wants me to play with him lol.. which is fine just my reasoning for never sleeping.. i get off late from work, stay up all night researching games, then wake up early for the wife and kid haha. i'm hardly tired though.. typing this thread at 1:05am and bout to play a video game keeps me awake can't wait till morning men!

Well, Jazz are really motivated by playoff, Lakers lost, they won, they have no margin for error.
Rest for both, no injuries for Jazz, they'll focus defensively.
"We can definitely do it," Hayward said of Utah making the playoffs for the second straight year and sixth time in seven seasons. "We've beaten some of the best teams in the league. I know we can do it. It's just a matter of us going out there, playing as a team, helping each other defensively and making a lot of plays."
"That was the best game we played defensively," Foye said. "We were in guys, not giving an ounce back. We said you have to run through us. We gave them a fight. We lost the game, but we felt good about it."
He said the defensive effort in that game re-appeared in Monday's first half, where Utah held the Sixers to 38 percent shooting, turned eight Philadelphia turnovers into 16 points and held a 14-3 edge on the fast-break points.
Also credit seven Jazz blocks for the big early lead, and Hayward's hot hand."
On the other side we have Suns, with many injuries Gortat, O'neal. On the road today before Kings at home. I think they'll try to be strong defensively before a offensive game tomorrow Vs Kings.
