Only one play for today/tonight:

CHICAGO BULLS +2 @2.07 for 2 UNITS

>>>>>Covers consensus remained the same, 60+% in favor of Thunder. I go the other way just because it's TNT Thursday.

Just going to watch that Clippers/Blazers game.

BOL on all your bets for tonight!

*****Results yesterday: 0-1 (-2.00 UNITS)*****

CHICAGO BULLS +2 @2.07 for 2 UNITS (-2.00)

Bulls collapsed at the 4th, letting this one slip away. Too bad. But, at least majority of the covers people won, and that includes a countrymen of mine, winning a whopping 150,000 Php (or $3500+). NICE!

Starting tonight, I will also post my own record on each team. I just made tallies earlier, and out of 30 teams, I am positive on 17 teams, and negative on 13. There are some teams that I am really comfortable betting, while there are some that I struggle.

Onto tomorrow's bets:

MAVERICKS/KNICKS 199 OVER @1.91 for 3 UNITS

On Dal games: 4-0 ATS (+5.56); 0-1 totals (-1.00)
On NY games: 1-0 ATS (1.82); 0-0 totals (+0)
>>>>>This is also based on recent matchups. On the last 4 games of Mavs/Knicks on MSG, the totals were 238; 206; 200; 201. All 4 games went over 200. I have to assume/hope that tomorrow, that will be the same case. I am looking at a fast pace game, both PGs pushing the ball, and setting up teammates for wide open 3s.

SPURS/KINGS 197.5 OVER @1.87 for 3 UNITS

On SA games: 0-2 ATS (-2.00); 3-0 totals (+2.79)
On Sac games: 1-2 ATS (-2.06); 0-1 totals (2.00)
>>>>>Last 3 games @ ARCO, totals had been 213; 229; 229. Another thing to note: On 2 SAS games on the road, the home team scored 106 and 99. On 2 SAC games @ home, they scored 94 and 105. This indicates that Sacramento scoring 100 tomorrow is not far fetch. Question is, will the Spurs score 100+ too, or will they play the way they did against the Clippers? I hope the earlier happens, not the latter.

BUCKS/WIZARDS 188.5 UNDER @1.96 for 3 UNITS
On Mil games: 1-0 ATS (+0.95); 1-0 totals (+1.72)
On Was games: 1-0 ATS (+1.84); 1-0 totals (1.82)
>>>>>In their 1st 3 games, Washington had scored 84, 86, 94. They needed OT to drop that 94. In Milwaukee's 1st 3 games, they scored 99, 105, 90. It's pretty obvious that the Bucks are far superior than the Wizards, but in order for the over to hit, one needs both teams to perform really well. I am banking on the possibility that both teams will struggle, especially Washington.

MIAMI HEAT -5.5 @1.88 for 2 UNITS
On Mia games: 0-2 ATS (-2.00); 0-0 totals (+0)
On Atl games: 0-1 ATS (-2.00); 1-0 totals (+1.86)
>>>>>Last 5 matchups between these teams @ Phillips, Miami had gone 5-0 SU/ATS (all of which they were favored). This applies to the "nemesis rule", so I will again back the Heat tomorrow, even if a combined 0-3 ATS on Mia+Atl games is alarming.

PHOENIX SUNS -4.5 @1.93 for 2 UNITS
On Cle games: 2-0 ATS (+2.79); 2-0 totals (+4.83)
On Phx games: 0-1 ATS (-1.00); 1-1 totals (-0.11)
>>>>>Cleveland is currently on their 4th game in their 6-game road trip. First 3 games, they were  very competitive, winning 1, losing 1 but covering, and losing 1 and almost covered. But, with A. Varejao being questionable for tomorrow, who will be Cavs interior defender for tomorrow? L. Scola and M. Gortat aren't really scary post players, but they can hold their own downlow. And without Varejao guarding the post, the Cavs will have no one to guard the interior. Could be a field day for G. Dragic too.

ORLANDO MAGIC +2.5 @1.96 for 1 UNIT
On Bro games: 0-0 ATS (+0); 0-1 totals (-1.00)
On Orl games: 1-0 ATS (+0.87); 1-2 totals (-1.09)
>>>>>I will be basing this on their current trend. Orlando is currently 2-0 ATS on 1-day rest. Brookly is 0-2 ATS on 1-day rest. Another trend that I will be relying upon.

BOL on all our bets!!

BUCKS/WIZARDS 192 UNDER @1.92 for 3 UNITS
MIAMI HEAT -5 @1.96 for 2 UNITS (D. Wade will not play)
PHOENIX SUNS -4 @2.03 for 2 UNITS (A. Varejao will play)
ORLANDO MAGIC +3 @1.91 for 1 UNIT

Well that Wizards under is toast, no need to wait for that. Magic is also getting toasted.

Not the start I was hoping for..

Just keep playing

Gotta love flagrant fouls during the last 30 seconds of the game.

When the game has already been decided.

Another moose courtesy of flagrant foul.

And technical foul.

Gotta settle for a push on milwaukee/washington game. Pffff

Wow got lucky with that Knicks over. Needed 5 points to win, and they scored 5 points in the last 40+ seconds. That shouldn't even be necessary had Raymond Felton made his freaking freethrows.

And Miami also covering the spread. Another lucky win.

Need Sas/Sac game now to go over, and if Phoenix has some miracle left in them.

Keep fighting!

Quick question, I had a seven team parlay and it was declared "Lost" because NY/Mavs game total ended @ 198 when the bet on that game for the parlay was over 198.

From my experience that bet in the game wold be null since the total was right at 198 and the parlay would now be a 6 team parlay instead, not lost completely.

I'm I right?

You are right. That bet should be not counted anymore, making the 7-teamer parlay a 6-teamer instead. Are you using a local bookie or an online one?

Online, I had a chat with them and they said they would look into it but my bet hasn't been reinstated yet.

I'll just keep giving them follow up, thanks for the help.

Not a good day at all. Needed a couple lucky breaks to get my 2 wins, and a couple unlucky plays burned my other 2 bets. Well that San Antonio over was not even remotely close, so I won't say anything about that anymore.

I am now on 2-day losing skid. I gotta get back on the right side of things tomorrow...

I slept at 5am today due to overtime work, and woke up around 10am (EST), missing most of all the games. Now I am left with 2 games, but decided to stick with one game.

DENVER NUGGETS -2 @1.82 for 2.5 UNITS
[On DEN games: 1-1 ATS (-2.02); 2-0 totals (+2.55)]
[On GSW games: 1-1 ATS (-1.04); 1-0 totals (+2.91)]

>>>>>At this early stage, only 2 teams are doing pretty well on b2b games: LAC and DEN. It pays off to have a very deep bench, one which will be useful to avoid stressing the minutes of starters. Denver won their game last night and covered, and normally I will fade them on today's game. Add the situation that GSW also lost ATS last night, so a comeback is at hand tonight. But, this is not the case today. I am confident about the Nuggets play, and I am hoping they will come out hard for a win tonight.

BOL on all our remaining bets!!! Beat the books!!!!

DENVER NUGGETS -2 @1.82 for 2.5 UNITS (+2.05)

I needed a break like that. I've been losing a lot the past 2-3 days, and something like this gets me back my lost confidence.

There's a lot of games earlier, but I was only able to bet one because I woke up late. Maybe cutting my bets to a few may help me more in the long run.

Onto tomorrow's bets:

HEAT/GRIZZLIES 194.5 UNDER @1.96 for 3 UNITS
[On MIA games: 1-2 ATS (+0.08); 0-0 totals (+0.00)]
[On MEM games: 2-0 ATS (+1.61); 0-1 totals (-3.00)]

>>>>>Based on the last 4 games of these teams on Fedex Forum, all games had gone under. 2 of those games came down the wire, with the under winning by only 1 and 2 points. I won't be surprised if in tomorrow's game, this also happens, but I am banking on the possibility that the under continues to happen for these 2 teams. To top it off, Heat played 2 road games, both went under. Grizzlies played 2 home games, 1 went under and another that should've gone under as well until the moose took its horns out (Utah game).

CAVALIERS/THUNDER 203.5 UNDER @1.87 for 2 UNITS
[On CLE games: 2-1 ATS (+0.79); 2-0 totals (+4.83)]
[On OKC games: 0-3 ATS (-4.00); 1-1 totals (-0.09)]

>>>>>For the past 6 games between these teams @OKC court, none went past 200. And even though Cavs is 5-1 in O/U games this season, I am confident that points will not come as easy compared to those 5-over games. OKC is not known for their defense, but they can play good defense if needed, and knowing the success the Cavs has had for this early season, I expect OKC to play better defensively tomorrow, not allowing easy/cheap points from Cleveland. Here's to hoping both teams will brick most of their shots tomorrow.

I will only be having these 2 bets for tomorrow.

BOL to all our bets!!!

HEAT/GRIZZLIES 194.5 UNDER @1.96 for 3 UNITS (+2.88)
CAVALIERS/THUNDER 203.5 UNDER @1.87 for 2 UNITS (+1.74)

It was a great day for NBA, too bad NFL kinda took most of my winnings away. I had to sweat both victories, unlike those who took Orlando under (Magic had been cash @under on the road hmmm....)

This 2-3 bets per day seems to be working for me. I may have to continue doing this to see if it will be helpful in my part or should I rely on betting 6-10 per day.

Onto today's bet(s):

HAWKS/BLAZERS 194 UNDER @1.89 for 3 UNITS
[On ATL games: 1-1 ATS (-0.08); 1-0 totals (+1.86)]
[On POR games: 2-1 ATS (+2.68); 0-1 totals (-2.00)]
>>>>>Under has hit 4 straight in these 2 teams' last matchups. Actually, it should've been 7 straight, but an OT happened in that one game that sent the game sailing over. Another trend is, last 3 matchups on Rose Garden, all 3 went under as well. Again, a trend follower that I am, I will follow this pattern and hope that this game also sails under tomorrow. NO OTs PLEASE.

BUCKS/76ERS 189 UNDER @1.88 for 3 UNITS

[On MIL games: 1-0 ATS (+0.95); 1-0 totals (+1.72)]
[On PHI games: 1-0 ATS (+1.82); 0-0 totals (+0.00)]
>>>>>Last 11 games between these teams, 10 has gone under. Last 3 games of Mil-Phi matches @Wells Fargo, all 3 went under. I am using the same trend I used with the Hawks/Blazers. If something isn't broken, why fix it? Under it is.

UTAH JAZZ -3 @1.91 for 3 UNITS
[On UTA games: 1-0 ATS (+0.91); 3-1 totals (+1.77)]
[On TOR games: 2-1 ATS (+0.69); 0-1 totals (-1.00)]
>>>>>"Nemesis" rule applies. Uta is 6-0 ATS last 6 matchups @ Air Canada; Uta is 9-1 ATS last 10 meetings; Uta won 5 straight @ Air Canada. Add the fact that the Raptors lead PG is out tomorrow, then I am willing to back this Utah Jazz team even though they are pretty bad on the road. Tomorrow, I am feeling they will finally get their 1st win @ the expense of Toronto.

DETROIT PISTONS +6.5 @1.93 for 2 UNITS
[On OKC games: 0-3 ATS (-4.00); 2-1 totals (+1.65)]
[On DET games: 2-1 ATS (0.92; 3-0 totals (+4.37)]
>>>>>OKC record on b2bs is currently 3-2. They haven't been able to go 2-0 on the 1st 2 b2b sets, and I am confident that they won't win tomorrow's game either, ATS wise. Last week, I backed the Pistons against the Kings due to their b2b situation, and it paid off. I am simply fading on OKC's b2b record (splits b2b games).

Only 4 bets for tomorrow..

BOL on all our bets!!!!

BUCKS/76ERS 189 UNDER @1.88 for 3 UNITS (-3.00)
UTAH JAZZ -3 @1.91 for 3 UNITS (+2.73)
DETROIT PISTONS +6.5 @1.93 for 2 UNITS(+1.86)

Yesterday was a good day indeed. At first, I thought it would be a miserable day because of Jazz shitting the bed. But, they fought back, forced a couple OTs, and eventually put the Raptors away. Detroit was supposed to win that game straight up, to bad they have no answer to KD35 during crunch. Blazers under was a no sweat, while Bucks under was killed during the 1st quarter.

Onto today's bets:

PORTLAND BLAZERS +3 @1.87 for 2 UNITS

[On POR games: 2-1 ATS (+2.68); 1-1 totals (+0.73)]
[On SAC games: 1-2 ATS (-1.06); 0-2 totals (-5.00)]

*****ALERT: My worst record is during Sacramento games (1-4, -6.06)*****
>>>>>I was really enticed to make a ML bet for Portland here, but it took a lot of me to back off, mainly for 2 reasons: #1, I have 2-5 record on ML bets, and that's just 29%. #2, I'm not convinced yet that Portland can win on the road against a pretty good home team (Kings). Portland lost their game earlier today, and with a record of 2-3 on b2b, trend applies that they will cover (at least) ATS tomorrow. Thing is, the Blazers got swept in their 3-game homestand, and now goes back to the road to face the Kings, who are pretty good when going against average road teams. One thing/trend that I like seeing here, in addition to b2b trend of the Blazers, is the Kings' "1-day rest" trend. This season, their record ATS after 1-day rest is 0-4-1. Not to mention, they haven't won ATS in their past 6 games. In short, this is a battle of 2 struggling teams, and I will back the team who just lost their 1st game in a back-to-back scenario.

WIZARDS/BOBCATS 190 UNDER @1.93 for 2 UNITS
[On WAS games: 1-0 ATS (+1.84); 1-0 totals (+1.82)]
[On CHA games: 1-1 ATS (-0.09); 0-0 totals (+0.00)]

>>>>>This is only the 3rd time I will bet on games including both teams, so I don't really get to read much into this game. But, at this time, I still believe that these teams are weak offensively, and that they are capable of NOT scoring 90 points any time they feel. I am hoping that tomorrow, this happens. A brickfest, to put it simply, is my only wish for them.

TORONTO RAPTORS +9.5 @1.85 for 2 UNITS

[On TOR games: 3-1 ATS (+3.42); 0-1 totals (-1.00)]
[On IND games: 0-3 ATS (-5.00); 1-1 totals (-1.07)]

*****ALERT: My 2nd worst record (after Sacramento games) is Indiana games.*****
>>>>>63-minute game, and feet are dead, bodies hurt, morally exhausted. That's probably how I will describe Toronto Raptors after getting beat by Utah (I backed UTA, by the way). But, another day is another day, and they are given the opportunity to forget that difficult loss by facing a team that beat them due to a buzzer beater. I assume/hope Toronto comes out firing tonight, and then win the game or at least cover the spread. At the reasoning of b2b trend, where Raptors are 2-3.

LA LAKERS +1 @1.89 for 1 UNIT

[On SAS games: 0-2 ATS (-2.00); 3-1 totals (-0.21)]
[On LAL games: 1-1 ATS (-0.15); 1-1 totals (0.90)]

>>>>>This is the 1st time I will back the Lakers this season. I probably should've ridden the LAL train 2 games ago when M. Brown got sacked, but it's never too late to join the party. The Lakers had found their rhythm right now, and considering that this is also the Spurs' last game of a 4-game road trip, I expect them not to be as sharp as they had been in their 1st 3 road wins.

PORTLAND ML + LA LAKERS ML @4.39 for 0.5 UNIT
>>>>>Yeah well...I just cannot stop myself into doing this...

Only 5 bets tonight, not much units at stake. I don't want to push my luck or force anything. Just playing it safe and slow.

BOL to all our bets!!!

LA LAKERS +1 @1.89 for 1 UNIT (-1.00)
PORTLAND ML + LA LAKERS ML @4.39 for 0.5 UNIT (-0.50)

Well the Lakers fell short, spoiling a would-have-been 5-0 day. That Portland+LAL parlay will probably be my last parlay of the season, for I can't seem to get any luck in getting one victory (going 0-3 isn't a good sign). But, how about those Portland and Toronto games?! They lost badly the night before, then came out roaring on the 2nd night of a back-to-back. Indeed, b2b rules exist.

Onto today's bets:

***Due to lack of time, I won't be able to post my explanations as to why I chose these bets.***

Golden State Warriors -1
Bulls/Suns 186.5 OVER
Minnesota Timberwolves -7.5
Milwaukee Bucks. -4.5

I've been really busy at work recently, I cannot make the usual posts that I'm used to.

I will make updates with my records and stuff when I got the time. Yesterday I was 3-2 with a little over 0.5 units up. That's 5 straight consecutive days of being on the plus side.

Today is TNT Thursday, and I'm going with the same drill. Fade majority of the covers consensus.

Onto today's bets:

DENVER NUGGETS -3.5 @1.97 for 2 UNITS
KNICKS/SPURS 194 UNDER @2.20 for 2 UNITS
HEAT/NUGGETS 202 UNDER @1.94 for 2 UNITS
>>>>>Just going against the flow. All these 3 are voted by 35% or less by covers community. I am looking for at least a  2-1 record on these 3 bets.

By the way, my record for TNT Thursdays is 1-2. Hoping today's results will improve that.

Finally, I have a bit more time to make posts like this! 2 days of really busy work had made me really exhausted. I've gone 4-4 the past 2 days, could've been better or worse, but I'll take it. I wasn't able to make the necessary reviews so a passing grade is good result for me.

I've now gone 2-4 on TNT Thursdays, and that's quite alarming. I may have to try that again next week, and should I fail, I may have to pass during TNT Thursdays for the meantime.

Bets will b to follow in a few hours...

Will be updating stats later.

Last night, went 2-3, with both 3 unit bets losing. That's 2 straight losing days now. Gotta get back on track tonight.

Bets for the late games:

HORNETS/BUCKS 191 UNDER @1.91 for 3 UNITS
>>>>>This is only the Hornets' 3rd road game. They went over last time against the Rockets, but that game needed a huge comeback in the 4th quarter to help the over hit. Milwaukee has played 4 games so far at home, 2 had gone under and 1 over and a push. Knowing that the Hornets isn't really an offensive juggernaut team, this game may end up at around 185, hopefully. And no overtimes please.

BULLS/CLIPPERS 191.5 OVER @1.91 for 3 UNITS
>>>>>Both teams had been scoring pretty well lately, and on the last 5 matches on Staples, over had gone 4-1. This may be a close one, so I hope I am on the right side of things.

HEAT/SUNS 203 OVER @1.91 for 3 UNITS

>>>>>Suns defense had been non-existent this season. Well, they aren't really known as a defensive team, but allowing teams to score 100+ consistently on you is just plain wrong. This is the last game of the 6-game trip for Miami, and I am expecting them not to be on their A-level in defense. No Wade tonight could be a concern for the over, but I am looking at an up tempo game, with both teams hopefully hitting 100+ each.

That was my very first 0-3 day, and since this is my 3rd straight losing day, I may have to slow down and follow some of our great/hot cappers around. The bleeding should stop soon, hopefully today's games.

My bets, based on some of the cappers' picks, are as follows:

NEW YORK KNICKS -7.0 @1.80 for 3 UNITS
BROOKLYN NETS -3.5 @1.91 for 2 UNITS
PHILADELPHIA 76RS -6.5 @1.90 for 2 UNITS
MAGIC/RAPTORS 187.5 UNDER @1.91 for 2 UNITS

BOL to all our bets!!!
