I'll probably be focusing mostly on second half plays...This FIBA basketball is played differently than say NBA or NCAA and I believe you can find value in the second half lines.
For the opening day of Men's basketball competition...

The Nigeria D'Tigers already beat Lithuania once on the Olympic stage less than 90 days ago. 166 points were scored, it was a frantic paced game. Nigeria did well inside -- with that, Valuncunis (sp? sorry mate but I do respect your game) always gets into foul trouble and the Lithunian backup centers do not do well defensively.
Nigeria won their first match vs. Tunisia and now have a game under their belt. Lithuania got their fools handed to them by Argentina in a match which Kleiza was able to show his ability to score but the majority of the Lithuanians struggled.
8 and a half points is too many in this case, it will only continue to drop imo.

I am much more confident in the +8.5 than I am in the ML.
I think that Lithuania's lack of interior presence is going to cause them trouble again just as it did against Nigeria the first time around. |

Can Spain stop Patty Mills?

On that last free throw...Ibaka clearly had the rebound but the guy pushes him taking out Ibaka and another Australian player. The other friggin Spanish guy tries to tip it in when he should have just caught it then put it in.
