We needed a PG to create and why did you not pick up Scott Machado!

Maybe they will as a free agent. Is Gasol coming back? Maybe they will make a run for Nash.

how do we not take machado with the last pick of the 2nd round??

machado was a projected 1st rounder from what i had been hearing all year..

i watched many iona games and this kid can play..great vision...big time play-maker...a pass first point guard with a handle on the ball..

the only knock is he isnt a supreme ahtlete and he could be a reluctant scorer at times but he can definitely knock shots down and he is way better than morris and blake imo..

I actually like the guy they picked up from Marquette. We need more scorers off the bench. I really believed that is what hurt us the last two season. Even when Dallas swept us two years ago.. We have no bench and no shooters in the back court besides Kobe.

Look at the Heat and OKC. All the main guys have sidekicks that can score. Durant has Westbrook, James has Wade. Kobe needs another scorer in the back court and we need some shooters off the bench.

But of course I agree with you guys above. Our main need is a PG and I do not get that pick of the center from Gonzaga. Unless they are trading one of the big guys they have. That pick makes no sense!

I think we will see a trade with that pick for a PG.  Makes no sense to not draft Machado.  But still, I'd rather have Hill over Sacre.

I like DJO as well he looked good at Marquette but he is under sized at 6'2 playing shooting guard.

His ball handling and shot need work but his strength and athleticism will give us a boost in transition so that is an immediate plus in my book as we rarely ever score in transition.

Sacre must be trade bait of some sort but I still do not understand why Machado was not our pick makes no sense not to draft a young pg with a lot of potential imo.
