Shaq is interviewing with the Magic for the GM spot? WOW he'll propbably draft Andy SANDBURGLER!!!! LOL are you kidding me SHAQ A GM?!!!!

Had the same reaction. They need some good press this'll do it but yeah no clue why they're doing it other than the buzz part of it.

Nobody ever said these owners, etc. are smart.  Are some good player GMs out there, but watching Shaq play you never thought he would be good at anything besides a tutoring role. 

Also wouldn't be surprised to see Orlando doing anything to keep Howard.  Signing Deron Williams would really be their only chance; otherwise he is gone.  This move is probably trying for the same thing.

Why not? The city would welcome Shaq with open arms. Shaq finally sits down with Dwight and gives him the respect hes been craving from the original Superman, and that will convince him to stay in town.

Dude no disrespect..but do you have any idea how much responsibility a GM entail's, and you think SHAQ is up to the task?

After you get Howard signed then what Shaq?....Go make a rap video with him.  GM's are responsible for a team's present condition and more importantly thier FUTURE. Shaq loves being in the media and HANGING OUT HAVING FUN...Shaq is definately not GM material.

City would welcome him with open arms and then assemble a Militia by year 4 and Storm the arena with Pitch Fork's and Tourches to get him the fuck outta there!!!
