#51 Posted: 5/6/2012 6:02:15 PM Kendawg welcome to the thread! I hope you'll be a regular in here. I'm also looking a Denver and liked Boston under earlier, until line went back up to 171.5. This disqualifies is for now.
Denver is appealing to me though for sure. I was on them every game this post season actually. I think they have what it takes to beat lakers again tonight for sure, but nothing has qualified as a system play just yet.
I'm prob gonna state opinions on some picks in this thread, some will win and some will lose, but as for posted plays gonna stick to the system plays.
Gonna decide on the Boston game closer to 6:45 and the Denver game later on. |

#52 Posted: 5/6/2012 6:05:40 PM I hit W5 today on streak survivor, just started using the system for that and it's doing well so far. If you check the other thread I've been posting in, been posting about 10 days now and on a 9-0 run after a rough start in game 1 of the playoffs. That first round was crazy! 12-6 for the week so the system has rebounded nicely, and obviously 4-0 this thread.
We have something great here and I'm looking to get a group of us going on a track to $100k. Jump on board my friend we're off to a great start. |

#53 Posted: 5/6/2012 6:08:30 PM Guys I want to state something: I do NOT use the system on Covers contests. In fact I often bet AGAINST my picks on contest. When I pick games in contests I click away, then study games later and often land on opposite side. Checking my contests is 0 reflection on the system.
I AM, however, starting to use it for streak. I actually want to see aha it can do in streak so all those picks will be system plays, but on Contests I'm just clicking everything. :) |

#54 Posted: 5/6/2012 6:15:13 PM Yeah bro. I usually try to wait closer to game time for the final line movement cuz thats usually when the sharp money jumps in. And I also agree with what u said in an earlier post about how the play has to feel right to make your final decision. All I know is that sharp money has been killin it lately in the playoffs!!

#55 Posted: 5/6/2012 6:17:31 PM Hey kendawg I don't use that stuff for halftime bets. Here's how I do halftime, and it's correlated to my for-game system.
Say Team X is at Team Y and team Y is favored by 8 points, then line moves down to say -7 even though the public are on Y. Okay, according to my system X is the play.
Now at halftime say Team Y is tracking to cover, up say 8 points. The halftime line might be something like Y-2, and I take team X, getting them +10 for the game.
In other words, I only take a team side or total that was the sharp play for the game, but is NOT tracking first half. If it is tracking then there's no value second half and I don't do anything.
The key is it had to qualify as a play from the beginning. If it was the wrong side then it could continue to be wrong second half. Of course my second half plays lose sometimes, but honestly man I kill it with this system for second halves.
Perfect example was the Memphis under second half yesterday. Check earlier in the thread and you'll see the play. Memphis under was the play pre-game, and first half tracked over. I got good value on the under second half and hit both bets. Just the most recent example. |

#61 Posted: 5/6/2012 6:30:16 PM I agree with u 100%. Sometimes its just better to lay off a play rather than push yourself into something your not comfortable with.

#66 Posted: 5/6/2012 7:50:04 PM ---THIS JUST IN---
---CZECH'S SYSTEM CONQUERS CAPTOWN, SIGHTS SET ON SIN CITY---

At first light, as promised, CZECH'S SYSTEM raided the city of Captown and there was a great slaughter. W9 came with a sweat but we were on the right side. With Czech holding the rear at W5 on Survivor there is a whole convoy in between, headed straight to Sin City.
Stay tuned for more updates!! |

#68 Posted: 5/6/2012 8:01:27 PM Guys this thread is a new beginning for me in several ways. I'm only playing system plays, I'm only wagering according to the plan I set out, and I'm being disciplined. That means there are gonna be games I have to lay off of, but lucky there seem to be at least one or 2 plays per day, sometimes more.
Stay disciplined and remember the goal. $100k isn't supposed to come easy but it WILL come. Up almost 25% (bankroll) with this 4-0 start in last day. We don't need a lot of plays to get to our goal just good ones. Even the sharp plays will lose sometimes though so stay disciplined and we will get there. Goal is 60% |

#70 Posted: 5/6/2012 8:10:55 PM The Denver/LAL over is starting to look like a play. The total has gone up with around 70% of the public on the under. |

What did you find the 70% on under? I found it 50% / 50% on "http://www.freesportsbet.com/scores/nba.html"

#72 Posted: 5/6/2012 8:30:37 PM Hey SHOWTIME you should be good on that Boston over, good job.
Kendawg, I saw the line go up on that total (Denver) but haven't made a decision on it yet. The over might be a play but don't see where the public is 70% on the under? Where do you see that |

#73 Posted: 5/6/2012 8:34:25 PM If the public really was 70% on the under then the over would def be the play but I see it 50/50 everywhere I'm looking.
Regardless if it's 50/50 and the line jumps 1.5+ I'll still like the over but it doesn't quite qualify as a system play, since I only take moves that go against the consensus. We'll keep an eye on it though and tell us where you found 70/30 |

It's impossible for 70% of public to bet under for a game. Betting under ruins the fun of watching games.

#75 Posted: 5/6/2012 8:46:20 PM I think the Denver total has bounced around too much and public looks divided, so this is a no-play for me. I don't like either side anyways.
I do like Denver though. Every buster out there is on the lakers and Denver line is holding. This still doesn't qualify as a system play since there isn't adequate line movement but I like Denver and almost definitely betting them out of my personal BR later. Not a system play though. |
