I don't think they can come back from this. They just played their best game and lost.

I think Nowitzki forgot that Tyson Chandler is gone. He was simply too afraid to pick up fouls. Of course he is valuable, but you have to foul some times when guys have open lanes to the bucket. OR try to take a charge. Just do something. He just sat there and watched too much.

And then when he finally does foul he allows and AND 1 to Ibaka. What a surprise they lose by 1 pt.

Those Mavs just don't have it this year. I think OKC will sweep them and may bet it every step of the way.

Yeah, would have been a much different series if they hung on for the win today. I agree, Thunder should make short work of them now.

No way in hell THUNDER beat MAVS twice in BIG D

At best split and OKC wins on home floor in 5.  Agreed Dirk doesn't look fully the same and Mavs should eventually tire in this series. And YES we REALLY miss TYSON'S rim protection

That was a VERY BAD loss....but Dallas is far from done----mentally tough. team

Remember they blew that 22 point lead in the 4th Q vs. Portland last year in game 6.

Didn't fold then, they shouldn't fold now

if dallas won today, they could have gone all the way and wrap OKC in 6 games

now the opposite will happen.

What was Carlisle and Cuban thinking by not adding a center, I mean many guys that can do the work was available like Kaman

lol no one said they could repeat----come on their the 7th seed for a reason.  But trust me, no real contender wanted to play Dallas in the first round----and OKC knows this series will not be easy.

Mavs will still win in 6 or 7 games. Don't count them out. Everybody did when they lost game 1 to Miami and were down by 15 in the fourth in game 2. Mavs will win this series and will also win their next round matchup and then they will lose to the Spurs.

Are you kidding? KD will show a pulse in the next 3 games. This thing is over. It is a matter of whether OKC sweeps or not. Dallas may be able to steal one, but more likely they lose both at home.

I suggest all the Dallas homers to not bet on this series. You guys think that your team is going to repeat, just by your words. Wow...

dallas may not win the series, but they will win a lot of cash for the bettors.  OKC is overvalued in this matchup.  they've played at OKC three times this year and have lost by two (buzzer beater), four and one (buzzer beater).  yes, there was one 9 point win at dallas for OKC and one 13 point win for dallas at dallas.  ATS dallas is 4-1.  that's all i care about.  but OKC knows they can't steam roll dallas.  their biggest win is by nine.  dallas doesn't fear OKC.  but OKC fears dallas.

Dallas has experience. I feel like people often overlook that. When dallas needed that score for the lead it took some real guts. That last tip in by okc was borderline lucky cmon

I think we'll see the ball in Harden's hands more and more. I think they will minimize the possibility for Westbrick to emerge.

Harden and Ibaka have come a long way. The absence of Chandler insured the series loss from the start. Hack a Haywood is there too for sticky situations. OKC best free throw shooting team.

I love Dallas, but this thing is over with. I actually see Dallas being overvalued now. They just gave their best and still lost.

He can't do everything. I got a "fuk you Mark Cuban" impression. He was unwilling to get his hands dirty on the defensive end. They should've brought in a serviceable center, but since they didn't it is open season into the lane for Westbrook, Harden, and KD. Just way too easy to get to the basket and know looming presence. Haywood sucks and is a liability.

in my opinion mavs played their best basketball game this season and they still lost.thats not a good sign if u have 7 points lead under 2 minutes in the 4th quarter and cant close it out ur not going to win garbage.dream on

dumbasses. how can you say the mavs played their best game when they were up 7 & lost.

by definition, that is not their best game.

in fact, nowitski stunk for a half, jet took 1 shot in the 4th quarter. not even close to their best game.

you dumbasses are either new at gambling, or have been around & learned nothing. The series has lots of opportunities left for the thunder to keep letting down, just like they did for 46 minutes of game 1. you should be worried that it came down to a lucky bounce to get the W in the first place.

I don't think the Mavs win though they'll play tough. This year was a throwaway anyway. Cuban got his title so he's happy and this summer we should get D. Williams and challenge again. I personally don't know how much Dirk has left though. 1 year, 2, or maybe 3?

Just a quick point for those of you saying Mavs will win this. And yes Ibaka played well but our second best player played incredible last night and we didn't win. If you think Terry goes 8-10 every night you haven't watched too many Mavs games this year.
