I am just curious how your system came up with Sac/Miami over. The total opened at 204 which has only been at this total on 3 gms this NBA season and all 3 gms have been under? Also the current total is now between 202 and 202.5. The 202 total has closed at that total only once this season and that gm went under. The total 202.5 this season has never closed at that total.
So just out of pure curiosity how does your system determine that the total of the Sac/Mia gm will be over? Is the house siding with the over? Or is it based on the line movement?

Trying to get a better understanding as well, mainly from what source you pull your consensus data from as there are several and some are based on their own "free contest picks" or votes. If you've already been asked this and replied, my bad for not seeing it yet. I'm curious to track, but the consensus data is a critical piece (or only piece). For instance, I see where the house would love for the Miami Over on a few places I checked, but not so much on the Portland ML or even ATS..except for what covers is showing on the consensus thread here. Nice wins yesterday for sure! GL

i could be wrong here and please correct me if i am but it sounds to me you are just fading the public? Is this correct? Meaning your picks are all picks that side with vegas?
I remember trying this out in the past before i decided to actually attempt to put some time and effort into actual capping. I remember it was very streaky but i didnt invest in it in the long run. I am not sure if it is profitable in the long run but if it is i feel like it will be crazzy streaky and the winning margin will be low.

Well I looked at 4 different site such shows where is public money going and all I am doing is going opposite.. Line makers put line where public will bite .. For instance spurs +4 tonight .. As hot as spurs regardless of any injury why would they make spurs underdog here when Portland lost to lakers last night.. They want us to take spurs + points .. Trust me I still like spurs +4 .. So another trend I see heat money is on under.. 82.5 % is on under . Yes it can go under.. Yesterday 85% was on lakers and over.. House lost .. All I am doing is try to go where house wanted to win.. Tonight if spurs win .. House will take a huge loss, which they can afford.. But why would they do that? Just let keep the system going for a week lets see how it ends up... Trust me odds makers knows what we don't know.. But that don't mean they can predict the future.. They are gamblers also..

I totally agree with the fact that concensus on teams plays a huge factor in games. But you guys gotta remember that the public does win.. The books need to keep people coming back and if they won all the time they would be out of business.

GL tonight. I've been curious all day why SA is getting 4 to 4.5, so in this case I would lean towards Portland. As for Sac, I think there's a shot if Miami tears it up in the 1h and defends a big lead in the 2h (aka NO last night), but that scenario may not favor the over as much.
