Sixers -3 2nd half Magic

Sixers up by 19 in the 4th. Still up by 8 with 7 secs to go magic played the whole game w no urgency and decide to push the ball and Reddick who didn't do person the entire game hits a 3 at the buzzer.

Spread was -4 for Celtics. Celtics up 18 after 3 quarters. 4th quarter is when that crook joey crawford does his dirty work and tries to make the game close. Starts making bogus calls. Cavs within 2 with 2 min left. 91-87 Celtics up and Paul Pierce gets fouled with 2.6 seconds left. Makes both free throws and celtics lead by 6. Cavs have 1 timeout, they call it. 2.6 seconds left and kyrie irving throws up a meaningless random 3 to sink it in at the buzzer and Celtics only win by 3 and I think his foot was on the line too when he hit that corner three but they won't check because it won't matter. Kill me now.

Clippers/Denver halftime over 103.5 Sunday!!! The 1st q started off slow with like 49 points and then in the 2nd q there was 3's back to back to back i got really happy my over went from looking bad to ok now we have 1min left all we need is 4 points yes that's a 3 now we need 1 more mo Williams at the line uh oh he misses the 1st yes he makes the 2nd with no time left i win important gonna lay down now!!!! Wake just to look at my score to make sure I won. Wth fallen to the 3 points at half... They overturned a shot that was taken with 2:39 left? That's a 1st time I've ever seen thatbin the nba ncaa

Monday Night. Had PHI -7 vs. ORL, JJ.Redick hits a garbage time 3 with less than 1 tick in the 4th. Final score 74-69 PHI....BAD BEAT.

Had to be the Clippers tonight going up by 16 in the first quarter then getting beat by over 20....I had Clippers first half..I turned it off thinking it was over..

This takes the cake, my cousin last week had a 3 tm parlay 300 or so to payout 1600 or so. Thunder beat whoever, Sixers murder bulls, his third team, Heat, they were up 17 at half n just needed them to win strait up, as u saw the Bucks came back n whooped their behind

I had two pretty good ones last night.

1.) Suns/Hawks over 190.  Had 103 total points at the half.  Suns hit a bucket with 2:33 to go making the score 99-88.  I need 2 buckets to cash or a three to push.  7 misses and 1 turnover later the game ends at 99-90 and a loser.

2.) Blazers +1 vs Thunder.  All I have to say is Scott Foster.  Makes a goaltending call from the farthest position on the court.  Replay showed clean block.  We go to OT.  Thunder win.

Went HUGE on Portland +1 the other night vs OKC. Had my money stolen from me on a horrible goaltending call with 6 secs left and a 2 point lead. THE GAME WAS OVER!!!

Even worse the next night I take GS +2 vs OKC and OKC wins by 3 by making 2 freethrows with 1.1 secs left. Really 1.1 secs LOL

Up 4 with 4 seconds left.

Obviously Cle runs it up the left side and fires a cross court pass to Gee, who in rhythm hits a 3 as time expires (his right foot was dangerously close to being on the line, but that will never be reviewed).

In fitting degenerate form, I'm left with my head in my hands as the team I bet on wins, yet my -1.5 is a loser.

Sat 2.11 I got Portland-Dallas Under 187 and it takes 2 overtimes to hit the over, by a lousy 4 points. Over bettors must be laughing their fat fools of and that makes it hurt worse!

i had the dallas portland under also but what about the auburn alabama under. I needed 4 points with 3:38 left and i couldnt get it. Not to mention auburn only hit 12-26 free throws.

Needed GS-Pho OVER to break even for the week with the man, they score 60 in the 3rd and looked on their way, TWO baskets scored in 4:20 to :58 sec in the 4th, then the flurry at  the end of game and stay safely under the total by 4 points.  Typical league mind darn.

I'm have to go with Grizzlies tonight vs Nuggets Feb 17th

Grizz up 23 going into second half to throw the game away and not cover by 2pts but win by 1pt. 

I'd rather seen them loose SU then to Win and not cover.

friggin over this NBA season. 

And if you are on the winning side of these oviouslt bad beat games you have a pact with GOD like Teabow and Lin.

Bad beat after bad beat. I won't even mention my Sixers loss tonight vs Mavericks.

Bad beats on pointspread bets: tragedies that shouldn't happen.

Why don't people bet the Moneyline? You don't worry about your team covering or not: just win the game.  You worry a lot less about the refs throwing the points one way or another; they'd actually have to throw the whole game (with exception of Sac-Lakers Game 6, 2002, doesn't happen).    If you bet baseball, you know how the Moneyline works.  And the vig is always less.  No one believes me on the last point, so a proof is below with just average amounts of math.  Bet the moneyline - just win baby.

Today, Memphis is a -260/+220 fave over GS.  Just to prove the smaller vig, imagine you bet both sides: $26 on Memphis and $10 on GS.  Then imagine this game is played 7 times with these same bets.  Last, Memphis wins 5 of the 7, which is what the -260/+220 represents, give or take.

So, when Memphis wins, you break even.  The 2 times GS wins, you win 22 but lose 26: -4 x 2 = -8.  You're at -8 on your bets of 252 (36x7).  That's dropping 1 dollar for every 31.5 wagered.

Compare that with pointspread betting where you bet on both sides and lose 1 every time.  That's dropping 1 dollar for every 22 wagered.

So you're paying 50 % more vig to bet the points, a bet you hate.  Just find the Moneyline.
