I don't want to give y'all excuses but I've been thru hell past few days. Car got totally fucked, have to spend about a dime on it. Anyways I thought this would be easy, well clearly it isn't. So there are 3 options... 1) A Co-Commissioner: All this data is on google docs, so one of us could log in and input the results. This would be my number one option 2) Update standings every week, (Maybe twice) I have no problem with this as well. 3) Cancel the competition (Which im sure no one wants to do here) And I have accepted all y'alls friends requests

Option 2 would create a ton of disputes you don't need Option 3 might be the way to go, with a restart AFTER records are up to date. One other concern I have posted the last couple days is that some competitors are getting really imaginative and downright creative with lines. A uniform line would be nice. A real competition should not include "I got that line from my local" or even better "I played last night when the line opened, but didn't get a chance to post until now". This is something I would be willing to help with.

All-Star Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 12727 Location: United States	#5 Posted: 1/3/2012 2:35:29 PM i have the best option.... restart the competition but create a Pool here on covers that tracks everything for u, u simply go into office pools and make one up and make it public, theres options when u create the pool that let u select the # of games picked each day, they provide the lines and over/unders already so u wouldnt have to do anything but create the pool and that way everybody is using the same lines and totals for every game, just no moneylines. u can also make each play 100 but it would be -110 for every play. its really a no brainer, u start it and covers does everything else, i can even go start it for u and label it ROONIE'S COMPETITION. im familiar with how to set it up and i can make it 2 plays a day at 100 per play. it literally tracks and keeps records for every person that signs up and u wont have to track anything n it eliminates any problems with bogus lines and it saves a ton of ur time.. let me know, il do it now if u want...

I agree the office pool thing somebody suggested would be easiest. On a side note, just goes to show you the praise that WillbetAnything deserves. All-Star Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 12727 Location: United States	#16 Posted: 1/3/2012 5:37:01 PM its not about being fair and pleasing people here, u have to make a decision that fits ur needs and an office pool does just that. it keeps track of everyone for you, it provides the lines and O/U's for you and it saves you countless hours while basically getting u the same outcome (a winner of a gambling contest). i had a nice wkend with my wagers and won some good money so maybe il start an office pool and put up cash prize for anyone that wants to take part.. il start it later and post the name of it for u guys.. it will be under "office pools"
