Ok State -1 over Grizz. Line seems way too low for a supposed WC contender. Lets start in the hole the right way and go with 2 units.
Clippers +160 ML. I believe the hype! Taking the ml as they will be fo r real or get blasted. 1 unit.

Geez, the Spurs made the Clips game look like a scrimmage. No major minutes logged either. Team chemistry and too many weapons seems to make me think the Spurs will keep it rolling against the Rockets. When Kyle Lowry is leading all your statistical categories...ooof. Spurs -2.5. 2 units.
Lakers -4. Dangerous I know but I'm not ready to give up on the Lakers just yet (and I hate them). The Knicks looked pretty suck against a Warriors team they should have dominated. Plus Kobe got rest and Amare and Carmelo played a full game yesterday. 1 unit.
On the team chemistry theory, anyone else think that only a few teams/players will really give a garbage and most will just be collecting paychecks? I mean, more so than most years since the lock-out I'm sure made players bitter. Also, internal and external issues will piss players off more than usual and again, have them revert to "darn this garbage" mode. Just a thought anyway. |

Atlanta ML +120. Lebron playing insane but his ankle hurts on a back to back with Wade out against a Hawk team that can shut even a healthy Heat tean down. this one will be close. 2 units.
Dallas +1.5 over SA. Like the Mavs to continue winning. They've been athome last two games and SA isnt that far off. Spurs hurting. Im taking the champs. 1 unit.
Need some wins here to avoid a basketball tailspin. |
