Some bad news fellas, I have to leave for business on Monday the 18th. I will be going to Dubai & Kenya (Africa) once again. For those who remember when I left last year I was still able to post but not as consistently as I would have liked. This time I will actually be gone for 3 months. I have setup satellite there so I can watch NBA games, however due to the time difference it was hard to watch games last year. That is why I have league pass broadband so I can watch the games anytime. In my honest opinion It is imperative to watch as many games as possible to be successful at NBA capping, boxscores and reviews are not enough, especially for me. I need to see the intricacies of each team. If I am unable to watch games on a consistent basis I will not post my plays. Apologize for the inconvenience my covers brothers but business is business and I have to do what I have to do. Just wanted to give those who care a heads up.

UTAH JAZZ + 1 (-110) - - - Many people think that there is something fishy with this line. What I think is that sometimes even the best oddsmakers have no idea which NBA team is going to win. Maybe they do and they are trying to bait us but in my opinion this line is indicative of the fact that they have no idea which team is going to win. I am giving the edge to the home team here for various reasons. One of course is the home court advantage. Despite Utah's decline this year in their home court dominance, I still consider Salt Lake City a very hostile arena to play in. Especially when the likes of Kobe and Lebron enter the arena. Cavs will be playing their 4th road game of a 5 game stretch. Fatigue may be a factor. Utah is starting to get it together at home. Winning their last two games against Miami and Memphis respectively by an average of 26 points. As I stated in my writeup backing them vs Miami, Kyle Korver is a huge addition off the bench. 16-20 from the filed since his return, his shooting ability is much needed for the jazz men. Tonight my x-factor is AK47. His defense will make or break this game. In my opinion, the AK47 is the one player in the entire NBA that actually has a chance to really frustrate LBJ. Earlier in the season Utah visited Cleveland on a back to back without Deron Williams. Andre Kirilenko forced Lebron into one of his worst shooting performances of the season. LBJ went 6-15 from the field and looked annoyed when trying create offense on AK's length. At that time AK wasn't even playing well, he has really picked it up as of late and I suspect him to step up and defend the beast. That game early this season is another reason I am on the Jazz men. As stated earlier they had no Deron. Nor did they have Milsap, Miles, Korver or Price who may all be available for this game. Cavs ended up squeaking out a 4 point victory. Carlos Boozer and D Will are playing great, Cavs have always had a problem guarding the pick and roll with their slow bigs. D and Booz run the pick and pop better then any duo in the league. Jazz also love playing on TNT, they are 6-0 ATS on Thursdays. Jazz play up to their caliber at home. They are 6-1 ATS against teams with a .600% winning percentage. They contend with the best of them at home, they tend to play down to their opponants and have lost at home against mediocre teams. But when it comes down to the best of the best the jazz men are ready to play. Jazz are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 home games, despite Cleveland's exceptional play as of late, I do believe Utah will want this win more and will show it throughout the game. Jazz win.
