Just created a covers account to post today. Gladly trade Vegas tips for betting advance ;) But really, I don't mind the questions. I love my city.

Thanks.

John, I would like to move to Vegas this fall.  I will be looking for a one bedroom apartment.  I'm not sure exactly as to what a can afford.  My question to you is how much do you think the utilities of a one bedroom apartment would cost a month?  I thinking gas, electric, water, sewer, and cable TV.

thanks, AK

As far as the steak house question. I don't know any real steak house open 24/7. There are those 9.99 steak places. Usually downtown. But those arent really steak. There are some really solid eateries  near the Strip. Depending where you are staying. Peppermill is north. Bootlegger is south

My 1100 sq ft high rise was around 100-120 for power. Gas 60. Water 20. Cable 170 w high speed. I paid 1050$ a month. My sister pays 900 for a condo. Houses are cheap, my advice would be to get into a six month lease at an apartment or what have you and see what side of town you want to Live on. I prefer the south Or Sw. Check into renting or maybe finding a roommate in that time.
