#1 Posted: 4/28/2011 4:08:29 PM Will be in Vegas May 5th-9th. Staying at Planet Hollywood for the first 3 nights and Cosmopolitan for the last night.
Would like to watch the Manny-Mosely fight Saturday night. Im guessing there might be places that include food/drinks with the price you pay for the admission. Or wouldn't mind just paying an admission with food/drinks separate. Just wondering the best options.
Actually, I would like to attend the fight(never have and always wanted to see one). But the prices I see on ebay and stubhub are more than Im willing to pay. Just way above my budget. I'm thinking I might get lucky and find cheaper tickets the day of the fight, like Saturday afternoon, from sellers who need to get rid of them. Anybody have any experience with this? |

#2 Posted: 4/28/2011 4:50:00 PM I bought tickets the day of the Mayweather/Mosley fight online. They didn't end up being any cheaper than I could of gotten a week or two in advance. It was worth it though. Wasn't cheap but a fantastic experience no doubt. |

Thanks for the info.....yeah, I would definetly like to experience a Vegas fight night.
I was in Vegas the week of the Mayweather/Mosely fight but left Friday morning....I went to the promotional event they had on Wednesday with a ring set up in the MGM lobby. Cool to see Floyd and Shane come out....Ending up meeting Bert Sugar and Mosely's trainer( cant think of his name) that week too |

Just go to the MGM grand. They have the Ballrooms set up with large screen TVs! Went and saw the mayweather /mosley fight it was bannans!!! $50 is all it is! Going to the ballroom I ran into Jerome Bettis he was cool. Alot of eyecandy! Make sure you get there kinda early cause seats get full quick! After the fight you will see stars gambling out in the casino!!! Its a great experience for the $$$$ |

#6 Posted: 4/30/2011 1:24:50 PM probably somewhere in the 55 to 60 dollar range for closed circuit seating- the usual formula is for the hotels within the MGM family to have it--nothing quite like fight nite in Vegas --enjoy your time, and dont drink the mosley kool aid regardless of how nice the price looks |

#9 Posted: 5/1/2011 12:46:47 AM Just my opinion... but stay away from Blondies inside PH on fight night.
I made the mistake of going there one night for Boxing & UFC after eating at Striphouse ( both events were on the same night ) $60 cover ( free beer )
No doubt that they were way past occupancy limits. Literally wall to wall people with zero room to move. The beer was free - warm out of a pitcher poured into a 10 oz. plastic cup from a waitress that may be lucky enough to find you every 20 minutes.
