Friday 3/18 around noon our group left the Hilton sportsbook weary of the huge crowds(I estimate 3500-4000 between the main and auxiliary sportsbook) and $6.50 beers. My suggestion was  Ellis Island which I had heard on previous visits served great food and cheap beer both of which are correct. A pizza oven baked fresh delicious New York style pizza, la nova chicken wings could be had $6 for ten pieces, and the on site brewery beer was $1.75 for 20oz glass. We bellied up to the bar where 4 42" screens were showing the games and had a blast until the action ended. Just a great place to get away from the crowds and enjoy a small local casino that does it right.I will be patronizing EI on future visits

It states on the site a block behind Bally's, I've been a sucker before for these one block walks in Vegas that turn aout to be a mile.

I wouldn't mind checking it out.  Can anyone confirm how close it is to Bally's

It is a "long" block.  I'd venture a 10 minute walk from the back end of Ballys or so.
