Looked like a pretty skilled play to me to concentrate on the ball catch it then rip down the sidelines like he did.

the hit was literally right as he caught the ball, the rule says you have to make a football move after possesion, and there was no time for a football move to be made.

The ball never hit the ground. You're right that Dressler never had possession. He got hit and lost the ball immediately, but the ball bounced off someone's ankle and stayed in the air for essentially an interception.
