#1 Posted: 7/2/2009 1:59:40 PM This one is a lock. I know what they say there's a key to every lock, but not in this case. Lets just look at the QB matchup. Stefan LeFors against Ricky Ray. LeFors through 4 passes last year with only 1 completion. Ricky Ray through 26 TD passes for 5600 yards. Enough said. In 2008 Edmonton had 335 passing yards per game, and Winnipeg gave up 300 yards passing per game. Edmonton is the overall better team and coould win the west this year. As for Winnipeg, they will be competing with Hamilton for last place in the CFL.
Edmonton is the clear play(-8). If you don't have the balls to take them on the spread, just take them on the ML(-320). |

#4 Posted: 7/2/2009 2:12:43 PM Yea I'm all over Edmonton too... Winnipeg is a mess. Especially because it's week 1, not only does Edmonton have the better talent but their experience will be the difference. This should be a blowout. |
