Cain vs JDS 3 - UFC 166

10/19Cain -260.  Discuss.  Line is wider than I expected it would be but the books will always heavily lean toward the 5 round beatdown than a 1 punch KO.  Cain has most of the advantages here and JDS will need to land something huge early again to slow Cain down or get him outta there.  I dont like JDS&#x27;s chances here.  Cain&#x27;s wrestling is too much and he knows how to attack JDS.  I dont see Cain losing any time soon.  Not until he fights Jon Jones and that wont be for at least 2 yrs.

stand-up clearly favors jds.throws a beautiful overhand right, uppercut, cross and left jab. cardio and punch resistance could be even.

if cain cant get jds to the ground then junior wins the rematch.

dos santos got caught with a shot early, took one or two rounds to recover, and by then was out of the fight. If that doesn't happen in the rematch I think that the clear-cut stand-up advantages of jds will eventually decide the winner.

JDS claims over-training on the second fight, and we know what Cain's style does to you but he DID look ridiculously gassed and slow within only 3 or 4 minutes. No way that happens again that badly.

Cain said it was the most tired he had been in a fight as well, but with the confidence he has now against JDS he'll probably look even better. Should be a good fight, personally I think it'll be an exciting and competitive 2 rounds before Cain completely takes over. Buuut I was wrong on their first two fights, so JDS by KO round 2
