I think it was something wrong with his rib

He was injured 2 weeks before the fight in a sparring session.

Got an xray of each rib, after the fight that showed mild swelling in a small area according to Ed  Souros (Spelling ?)

I would say it was a factor in the 1st fight but not as big as some would think, esp. the ones who claimed broken or cracked, which was not the case, but anyone who has had bruised ribs before, know what that feels like.

We will get an idea how much of a factor that was 2 years ago, after watching the rematch on sat. night.

I saw that on another mma forum site that had a link to a mma fighting site with quotes from Ed, but i do not remember.

His swelled ribs may have been agravated in the fight.
