I'm usually not the type of person to get to worked up over what players or coaches say or do. Usually because the media hypes up things like Burress saying Giants would win... What should he say? no we're gonna lose...
Anyways, I was very disgusted by the way Belichick left the field... First off he started walking on to the field with time on the clock, I clearly saw a referee IN HIS FACE telling him the game was over and he just ignored it... Then instead of returning to sideline we see him walking off the field.
Now why when a player walks off the field with 2 seconds left they think he is the worst teammate in the world but when this Smug coach does it ESPN isn't saying a word. As a coach you are the leader and you lead by example. I haven't seen that poor of sportsmanship in a long time. Granted he is a great coach but just no class... I really wish he would have handled himself better, what a disgrace and a slap in the face to his team, the Giants, and the NFL.
I truly hope this gets as much exposure on ESPN and some of the other nonsense they have (Mercury Morris)... He needs to be called out on it because that was pitiful.
