I do not like the prospect that Matt Ryan could get league MVP a day before the big game. I think that is pretty much a given at this point. You have to go all the way back to Kurt Warner in 1999 to see an MVP winning the SB. I don't want to go as far as to say that it is a curse, but it definitely provides some mental obstacle.
I do like that Falcons are coming into this game as underdogs as op pointed out though. That is something they can take as huge motivation.
To me, this game comes down to whether or not Atlanta can pull together and continue playing together as a team. If they don't, Brady and Pats will win for sure.
