Gb last 10 games and Atl last 10 games. They went over 60 points 6 out of those 20 games.
Looking at GB. Most of their recent games went over. Sure thing and easy right?
- Dallas game the ball bounces differently and it don't get over. I sweat bullets squeezing that over out and everything went right for it to happen. Just so happens Dallas rallied as quickly and easily as they did. Got some 2 point convos too to tie. Not one but two game winning FG for GB in last few minutes. Including the Dallas FG that was supposed to send it into OT. Game easily could have ended 28-20 or 31-13.
- Giant game was 6-0 twenty six minutes into the first half. That was a miracle over with the crazy scoring that went on to shoot that to an over(Hail Mary one of the scores).
- lions game. That game was what? 17-14 halfway through the 4th before chaos happened? Then GB could have kneeled if half a dozen things went a little differently, but instead they flew down the field under 4 minutes, and not only scored, but got a 2 pt convo which was a push for me. Then Detroit hit a Hail Mary with 20 seconds to go over.
Looking at Atlanta last few games: Sure things and so easy for those too??
- Seattle game I had over in a TEASER. I felt lucky I got that let alone the Seattle garbage time back door miracle for the real over. It was 29-13 under 4 minutes and had no right scoring as much as it did.
- Saints game.....what did the Saints score in the 4th to push this over? Didn't they score 20-something points late to turn a blowout into a 37-32 kind of game?? That is normal for a team to come back like that.
- Panther game. Falcons a couple yards from kneeling and game going under, but panthers make a stop and Bailey kicks a long FG to get it over by a hook(im sure the guys who bet right before that game didn't get a good line like I did to win that bet).
IDK. Looking at Totals over 60 dating back months and it doesn't really look like the sure thing everyone is saying. Seeing recent history for both these teams and how it's a cinch they go over.....and those games don't look like easy slam dunk overs to me.
That number is insanely high regardless of the teams. I took a shot on the under as soon as the line came out for a 1/2 unit just on principle. I also thought it would drop a few points, and maybe leave me 3-4 points for a middle, but maybe not. I'm seeing a looooot of people who think 60 points in an NFC championship is easy peazy and that these teams do this easily even though only 1/3 of their games since October sniffed 60. Or that all those GB over were easy overs and how quick people forgot a lot of those were fortunate overs. Hearing so much of that, maybe the line stays at 61.
GL to all however they play the game.
