Why is it a joke edge? Look Tebow lost my support when he willingly chose to go to the Jets. the NFL could use people like Tebow instead of the buffoons out there like Peterson Ray Rice and the like
As for Kelly i think he got too much power too quickly in Philly
Can tebow play? i don't know but most people who are against him are so because he brings up Jesus 376 times in a press conference. And we as NFL fans want our NFL players to beat their wives and abuse their kids
tebow as a human being is better than the NFL. And the NFL's treatment of women and bringing the lowest common demominator of human into their league being along with the greed of NFL owners will be the downfall of the NFL and thats fine by me

Tim Tebow is one of the finest human beings on this earth. He has worked tirelessly to improve his passing game, and to improve the world . He also has improved the imagine of the NFL.
If I were an owner, I dam sure want him on my team and not the likes of the Jamies Winston's of the world.
Oh one more thing, he's a Winner ! Champion at Florida, playoff's in the NFL.

Let Winston set an example for your children, the rest of the world would rather their children watch Brady and Tebow.

Professional athletes should not be considered role models for children. That's just asking for trouble. Professional sports is nothing but another form of entertainment and I don't see anyone holding up Mick Jagger and Keith Richards as role models for children...nor should they. The athletic brilliance of world-class athletes should be enjoyed for precisely what it is. It should not be confused with the notion that some football player can, should, or will show you the way in life. Children should look for role models in their own homes. If not their parents, then their teachers at school. Not all teachers have sex with their students. If not teachers at their school then the minister or priests at their church. Not all priests molest alter boys, either.
As far as Tom "I'm-not-so-clean-cut" Brady is concerned, who do you think was behind the deflating of all those footballs? There are monumentally better role models out their for children than Tom Brady...or any professional athlete.
I would tell kids to stay far, far away from Tim Tebow. The guy simply creeps me out.

Wrong, Pro athlete's and entertainers are role models, like it or not.
It this modern era, we are have breakdown of the family. Divorces, same sax marriages. Single parents raising children.
Jails are full of Fathers with children.
Michael Jackson was a role model, and the Beatles, both with millions of screaming fans following every move.
Thank God, the news media is forcing the NFL to clean up the image. RB Ray Rice beating up on a women, RB Peterson beating his child.
The NFL has the best penalty is all of sports...
Unsportsmanlike conduct. That is the perfect penalty to teach children right from wrong. I wish all sports had the same penalty.
As for Tebow, he is a Christian and shows his faith. He is a role model. Just as the Pope is shows his faith. Christianity is a role model.

Tom Brady got his girlfriend pregnant and then ditched her for another women....and he wears Uggs.
Great role model.

I wouldn't put Winston in the same class as Brady. Not even in the same breath . No way.
Tom Brady is married, home raising his children. The dislike for him is because he is a winner. The dislike for Winston is because he's an arrogant thief, rapist.
The dislike for Tebow is because his a Christian, and shows it.

With the NFL suffering so many black eyes (literally) last year, I wouldn't put this past Roger Goodell that this is all a ploy to divert attention away from all the wife, child beatings and murders. C'mon, there's better, undrafted, unsigned, and younger QB's out there with a lot less publicity surrounding them. Look, the Michael Sam experiment didn't fly with all the Bible Belt states, where football is king, so what do we do now? We resurrect God's virgin son!!!

I've said since Tebow came into the league he would be PERFECT for certain situations.
4th and 2, 4th and 1, 4th and inches...Any Situation inside the 5 yard line and on two point conversions.
It would not surprise me in the least if he makes the roster for these situations. He is almost unstoppable even when you know its coming. Sometimes these plays are the difference between winning and losing so it could work out. I'm sure he will never be a starter, but if guys like Josh Freeman can make a roster, there is sure a spot for a guy who is valuable on plays when u need less than 3 yards. I don't like Chip Kelly but he is a smart guy with a plan. I think this is it.

Yeah, TeBlow needs to get it through his ultra-thick head that he's just trash. He never was any good and he is only kidding himself if he thinks he can play in the NFL a QB. He needs to go out and find some dilapidated, old, rundown monastery and get on with his "life's work". Besides, who knows, maybe he can actually make the monastery football team - if they ever have one.
What a demented goofball TeBlow is.
