I don't post very often, mostly bet on NHL but wanted to get some discussion going on a few games I like this week...
Carolina has to be a bit tired going into this matchup. This will be their 3rd road game in four weeks. Overtime vs the Bengals last week and had to fight back in the second half at home vs the Bears week before. After this GB game they return home for 2 Huge games vs the Seahawks and Saints. Panthers are in a bad spot IMO and I don't think we see their best game here. Also little revenge angle maybe with the Seattle beating the panthers in Carolina last year...
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are playing good football They've won 3 in a row and have 2 more games before their bye week. I like the way their defence has played so far this year. I know at times they've been bad.. First half @ Chicago they were terrible and last week in second half, Miami moved the ball with ease. But for the most part this year GB defence has been solid. Offensively I think they have the potential to be great. Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL IMO and if Lacy and Starks can get going, watch out.
Carolina's defence has given up a ton of points last 4 weeks and it doesn't get Any easier this week vs Rodgers. This is not the same team as last year. No running game outside of Cam Newton and their defence is not playing good at all
I like Green Bay to cover fairly easily here... 31-13 Packers.

I put this game at GB -3 so obviously I'm on the other side and think +7 is great value for Carolina. I agree with you on Rodgers but I think Carolina is s solid team and laying 7 to them is too much. I mean it's Rodgers and he could score 3 TDs before halftime so anything is possible, but I see something like 20-17 GB.

I'm big on GB right now but 7 is a bunch. The pros are down on panthers this year but I don't agree. Don't think they are valued where they should be. Your right about the situation with all of Carolinas travels but I never lay a td in NFL unless there is a big mismatch and not sure if that's the case here.

This will be a shoot out similar to Carolina/Cincinnati game. Might not start that way but will finish that way. The -7 is a very key number here. I say Green Bay wins by a touchdown here late 31-24. If you can get Packers at -6.5 or less its a good number or opposite if you can get Carolina +7 or better good number. Of course all this would be screwed if Green Bay's defense gets a pick 6 up 7 in final minute of game lmao

panthers aren't the same as last year imo, both on offense where cam doesn't run as much anymore and on d where they are getting shredded everywhere. they also haven't faced a qb with the caliber of aaron rodgers

I keep reading that the Panthers are undervalued.. I don't really agree. Ppl are still looking At how they played last year IMO not how they're doing this year. Haven't impressed me at all so far.. They barely beat the Bucs, took care of the Lions at home.. Even tho Detroits defence has been great this year, I still don't think Detroits a great road team.. And came back at home to win a close one vs the Bears... They're 2 losses were blowouts against Pittsburgh and Baltimore... I think there was value on the panthers last week vs the bengals.. Not this week
