3-2 in Week 4 for a solid finish...just barely missed out on the OVER in the Philly/San Fran game. Still keeping close tabs on the "overall QB" trend based on my ranking of all 32 starting quarterbacks any given week.
Let's get it going with the line projections and the QB rankings....

Just to re-iterate what I'm looking at with the QB rankings (which are just my own opinions based on watching the season)...games in which there is a 15 spot difference or more in the starting quarterback...the higher ranking is 12-7-1 ATS this year, as well as 8-4 ATS on the road.
This week we have...
#29 Bridgewater @ #2 Rodgers #32 Davis @ #17 Foles #24 Glennon @ #5 Brees #25 Orton @ #10 Stafford #26 Stanton @ #1 Manning #22 Smith G. @ #4 Rivers #6 Wilson @ #23 Cousins

I wasn't 100% positive on Palmer being back...so I had to keep Stanton in there. If Palmer starts I would switch him and Glennon...which would still be a 15+ game.

Going bigger on this one. The quarterback situation just doesn't bode well for the Vikings. If Bridgewater can start this game that's great, but the Packers offense figured out what they want to be in their past game against the Bears. I'm riding with the Rodgers quote that everyone needs to r-e-l-a-x. Packers are the better team...every Thursday night game has been a blowout, generally for the home team, and I'm going to ride with that.

I like under 48.5 in the Packers game. Pack should win but I don't see it being a blowout especially with the rain in the forecast. Look for a lot of ball control with the running game from the Vikes and if the Packers D can't tackle might closer then you think.

Huge differential in quarterback play and I don't see the Vikings defense being able to do anything against the Packers...rain would also mean higher probability of turnovers from an inexperienced QB.

BOL Bud, Last week was a horrible spot for the Falcons and a great spot for Teddy to start, how ever this week on a short week and good team in the packers can not see the same result.

One of the bigger quarterback discrepencies this week and I like the Eagles to finally fix their offensive problems and have McCoy get loose a few times. Rams defense is very solid but I don't think they can hang on the other side of the ball. Not a huge winner as most might think...but this should be more than a touchdown win. Prediction: Eagles 27 Rams 19

Too much love for the Browns in my opinion based on the fact that the Titans have gotten smoked in their past couple matchups. Titans have lost 7 straight games ATS at home...and finally the lines have adjusted in their favor. Should be a ground and pound type of game and take the air out of the ball. Prediction: Titans 20 Browns 17

The Texans beat the Redskins, Raiders, and Bills. Certainly not the beasts of the NFL. The Cowboys have two road wins and a home win against the Saints. Biggest reason being behind the Cowboys is that they run the ball better than anyone else in the NFL. The Texans are 24th in the NFL in rush defense. As long as the Cowboys don't try to get too fancy they should walk away with a win.

Bears defense is terrible...and the Panthers defense is terrible right now as well. Without Greg Hardy in there they can't get the pressure from the defensive line which allows the offensive line to get to the second level and get to Davis and Kuechly. Cutler should have plenty of time to sit back there and find Marshall and open receivers. Panthers offense hasn't been that great so far this year because of their running back situation...but this week they have a good shot to get things turned around. Bears defense is ranked 20th or higher in just about every stat. Prediction: Bears 34 Panthers 31
