My season win total bets

49ers under 11.5 (600 to win 400)
 - fairly tough schedule, when was the last time a super bowl loser had a better year the year after losing the big game? 
 - teams will have more film on Kaep
 - what are the odds Kaep stays healthy all year?
 - 49er defense shows cracks in the armor last year

Colts under 8.5 (600 to win 500)
 - Schedule is tougher than last year, their defense leaves a lot to be desired and their not playing for their sick coach

Skins under 8.5 (600 to win 400)
 - schedule is a lot tougher, teams not have more film on RG3 and will the coaches be willing to throw him in harms way after a full reconstruction of his knee?   also, does he stay healthy all year?   Defense isn't great

Raider under 5.5 (270 to win 200)
 - this team is in rebuild mode i just don't see them getting to 6 wins.   I don't think Matt Flynn is an upgrade.

What are some of your favorite season win total bets and why????? Another one i was looking closely at was bengel over 8.5 but havnt pulled the trigger. Schedule is tough, but most of their tough games are at home.

Regarding 49ers, of the 46 super bowls losers, only 2 won the game the next season, hasnt happened since 1972. Gonna be tough for them to get to 12 wins.

In last 20 seasons, only 2 super bowl losers improved their regular season record the following year

Also, they already lost crabtree.

I love the Colts under. They won a lot of close games last year and that probably won't happen again. They had a negative point differential as well and their point differential wasn't all that far better than the Lions, who went 4-12 last season. 

yep, colts were extremely fortunate last year, getting to 9 wins is going to be difficult this year IMO.

Losing Crabtree could really hurt. Was looking forward to Boldin being a big feature for the Niners. Drafted a ton of talent with a ton of picks, but not many teams with a ton of rookies or 2nd year players.......

Abizzo: Good points. I like ur 49'ers pick, i really do. I dont buy the stat showing that losing super bowl teams has a worse record the following season, but i still think its a good pick. NFC West has become a really tough division, and that is the biggest reason why i see this going under. Previous season, the NFC West was not that strong, but Seahawks have improved nicely, Rams are looking a bit better as well, and thats why i see this dropping under. Back then, they would easily go 5-1 or 6-0 within the division, now they will go 4-2 or 3-3 i believe, which is a nice few games to be picked up there. 49ers will go 10-6 as i see it.

Some of the picks i personally like:

Saints over 9 - No teams has ever won NFC South back to back, i think Saints will keep this stat going and win the division, in order to do that they must win 10 games and i think they are capable of doing so, they got their garbage sorted out np.

Dolphins over 8 - They have taken Jets spot of being the 2nd best team in AFC East. They are looking good going into this season.


LEAN: Bucs over 7,5 looking good too, but im not so fond of pulling the trigger on 2 teams from same division, hmm.

I will take a deeper look into it, but im defo gonna wager on these season over/unders because chances of getting screwed over on one bad night are not existing. :D

Love the Ravens under 8.5 especially at +110... This squad lost way too much froom last season .... Agree with ur Bengals plays , and I think  the Steelers and Browns could be better this season ...9+ Wins is Just NOT gonna happen for Baltimore , if ever a team shot their Wad !!!

 

Over 6.5 Buffalo Bills +120.... Won 6 games last season with bad coaching staff and a rag arm QB .... mario Williams is healthy and free of insane from fiance ....Marrone and the young O cord. will energise this squad

 

Over 7.5 Chiefs +110   ... Love the Andy Reid Hiring ... Alex Smith is a HUge upgrade at QB .... Defense will be better this season ...

Bengals over looks like a solid bet.

Adding pats under 11.5 ( too many unknowns ( hernandez) at this point. And titans under 6.5. Titans open at pitt and houston. That should be 0-2. Ill take my chanches from there on out they dont go 7-7 with a suspect defense and a QB that completes 50% of his passes.
