So far they have hit home runs IMO on every single pick through 4 rounds. Must have traded a pick next year for the extra 4th rd pick they got to take Shamarko Thomas, he can hit like Troy.  Then I loved the QB pick with Landry Jones to learn under Ben and eventually replace him. If not for an underachieving 2012 season, Jones would have been the top QB picked if he would have came out last year.  Leveon Bell is an upgrade over Mendenhall and wheaton has track speed and replaces Wallace.  Then best of all, Jarvis Jones replaces Harrison and will be better than he ever was. He is an absolute monster.

Doesn't mean anything coming from a homer fan.

why not? I wouldn't say it if I didn't believe it were true. I cannot remember them ever having a better draft with every single pick to this point. every player they got will be a starter at some point, only one who will be a while is Landry Jones. Will be the Jones duo, Landry and Jarvis. lol

you should know better than me how good Bell really is. He is good at everything as a back right?

Bell is accustomed to being either in a one or two back set. He is impressive with his lower body....takes more than one guy normally to bring him down. He likes to use the stiff arm and is an average receiver from the backfield. He can also be used in wildcat formations if necessary. He isn't the quickest for his size and I don't agree with some of cut backs. I see him at times cutting back to miss a defender instead of going north and south. He needs improvement on pass blocking and catching the ball out of the backfield.

Now that the draft is over, I think there are a lot of good players that went undrafted that could be starters someday.  One guy was projected to go to Pitt in 5th or 6th round, Stoneburner TE from Ohio St. would love to see him or Fauria from UCLA at camp since Heath may not be ready for week 1. I know they have Spaeth but need depth.  Also was surprised Tyler Bray didn't go and thought Pitt would draft him instead of Jones, but Jones is better but would still like to see Bray get a shot somewhere or even invite him to camp to compete with Jones, maybe a practice squad guy.  Then also think Ray Graham RB from Pitt, reminds me of McCoy of Philly from Pitt, should invite him to camp too.

I'm excited. Kevin Colbert is a draft day genius. The Steelers almost always come away with at least one or two FRANCHISE players in every draft. Maybe they got three or four this time around. We'll see.

Bell was a horrible pick in the spot they selected him.
