#1 Posted: 1/19/2013 8:45:24 AM Ravens come in a bit tired after a long OT game and second road trip, plus emotionally spent. Flacco is not going to complete 3 Tds of 40 yards or more like it did against Denver. also tough to beat the same team twice in one season. Especially winning on a controversial FG. The hurry offense is the difference. When guys are not set on defense they get exposed big time. This will happen early and often. What if the Ravens go up 7-0? Guess thats good for the Over.
Preditcion 42-21 Patriots

#2 Posted: 1/19/2013 9:20:49 AM Just an FYI... it's not tough to beat the same team twice in one season. That's a fallacy. Good luck this weekend.

for a team to do it in the post season it is. only 4 times has a team beat a team in the reg season and go on to beat them again in the playoffs. have no idea how big a sample size it is.... |

#7 Posted: 1/20/2013 8:03:17 AM baltimore will win and with 8 days rest - no one on that team is tired. like flacco said they feel like no one can beat them right now. they are playing with heavy hearts and an serious passion to win it all.

not saying they won't. in fact, i like Balty and the points today. just stating its only happened 4 times.
also disagree w/ doodles initial point of Balty being tired, and emotionally spent. thats implying that they are going to come in flat. this is the AFC championship, no ones coming in flat or tired |

#13 Posted: 1/20/2013 8:54:31 AM This thread is intended to distract NE backers and give a boost of confidence to Baltimore backers but it wont work.
Someone spent some good money on a sign in Boston announcing Ray Lewis's retirement beginning right here in NE.
