Given how this 2012-2013 NFL season has gone, I would say that Brady, Manning, or AP can all be argue for MVP but I am going with Tom Brady.

Brady has been solid throughout the whole season with 32 touchdowns and only 8 ints. He has only 8 total turnovers. In the four games that they lost i think at the end of each game they were in it. They lost by a total of only 11 points in the 4 losses. I think they could have been a 14-2 team had they not giving a less second 50 yd pass td to seattle and miss a 30 something yarder against arizona. Not to mention the baltimore game in which that field by the ravens looked questionable.

Peyton has similar numbers to brady but i think ne had the tougher schedule and not to mention brady beat manning head to head.

AP- i think that his lack of td numbers and his team overall record is a concern for me. Yeah if he gets the rushing title that would be mvp talk but i just think getting that alone is not enough. I mean look at Brees from last year, he broke marino single season passing yard record and also had himself a stellar year but fell short. I think AP is in that same position as brees and will probably get comeback award or offensive player award.

just a comparison. In 2006 LT got his mvp with 28 rush td, 1815 rush yards, 56 rec which 3 were td.

Not everything is his fault.  The defense let them down a few times.  Like the wifey said, he can't throw the ball and catch it too!

Brady  throws the ball in the reg season against bad teams when their up big  pads stats , but look at his playoff record last several years he has just as many INT'S as he does TD'S, not good at all

that's why the MVP is a joke of an award,  it should be determined after the super bowl then we can tell for sure who the MVP really is

Im pretty sure brady lead his team to superbowl last year and had the lead when he left the field. If his defense didnt let him down he would be 5-0 in superbowls. Hes two of the greatest plays in sb history away from having 5 rings. So stop hating

please don't say he lead them to the super bowl last year,  they got there despite him  , patriots beat a lousy Denver team with Tebow

Then Brady stunk against the Ravens if Evans holds on to the ball their out

Patriots lucky to move on from that game ,  Brady opened the suoer bowl with first play with intentional grounding that gave the giants 2 points

The two previous years he was one and done  in the playoffs and played horrible   despite having home games with the Jets and Ravens .

don't make things up

Rodgers has more TDS and a MUCH better compl % and he also has almost 300 yds rushing.

And, he has done it with one of the worst protected lines in a very long time

Leads the league in passer rating as well

He also is 2 missed FG's, one in a snow storm away from being 1-3 in SB's.

The should-of-would-of-could-of's play both ways.

But the facts are................................. Brady and his historical scoring offense scored a pathetic 14 pts in the 2008 SB.

The facts are........................................ no team has won the SB scoring such few pts as Brady and his historical regular season scoring offense since the league went to the 16 game shedule in 1978 and opened-up the rules to the passing game.

The facts are.............................................the Pats high scoring regular season offense crashed and burned again in the SB, scoring a pathetic 17 pts. Only 1 team won the SB since 1978 scoring such a pathetic few pts, and it was the team that beat the Tom Brady lead historical offense.

The facts are pretty clear, it was the offense and Brady that failed in those 2 SB's....................................................................

As a huge Brady fan, I can say with no bias that he does NOT deserve the award this year.

If the Vikes make the playoffs, AP should win this hands down. He's the only reason they are remotely in contention.

Manning would be the next logical choice, although Denver made the playoffs without him last year. They are still clearly better with him.

Third, maybe Russell Wilson or RG3 or Aaron Rodgers.

Brady makes his living by playing against the horrible afc east.Except for three seasons by the jets for a while how many winning teams have their been in "the greatest QB of all time" run.. If anyone should be the mvp it should be luck who has no body to throw to on his team except an aging superstar or peterson who is the first last and only offense option for the team

Rodgers has 100 less attempts and 3 more TDS

5% better compl % is ALOT

8 point passer rating is ALOT

And he is doing it getting sacked 20 times more

He hasnt had his starting WR core since week 3 or 4

Neither QB are even in the Top 2 for MVP in my eyes....but no reason Brady is even close to ahead of Rodgers

Brady also does it against the AFC and AFC east....look at that division what a joke

PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP POSTING, YOU SOUND LIKE A MORON.

The Pats have had a bottom 5 defense for the last 3 or 4 years. Without Brady and that offense putting up 30+ pts every single game they would have problem winning 5 games a year let alone making the playoffs. This is also the first time Brady has had ANY KIND OF RUNNING GAME since he had Corey Dillion in 2004.

Clearly you hate Brady and frankly it doesn't bother me, but don't make up BS that the Pats win despite him, its the exact opposite. Brady makes up for how much his defense sucks and much more.

ok although I'm with you for the most part, the first sb loss to the giants was the fault of the pats offense. Blame Brady or the oline but they only scored 14. I realize they had the lead late but that record setting offense was shut down

Peyton is listed at -280 at 5dimes right now, which seems like a lock to me.
-200 at Sportsbook, +150 for AP.

I did a write-up on ROY and MVP odds at www.3dphillysports.com, and I mentioned how I think AP could still win the award, but I'm starting to think it's all Peyton now haha. Unless the Vikes win AND Peterson breaks the record.
