We have to wait until these last set of games are played this weekend to know for sure what were looking at. However, I see it like this. I got Washington beating Dallas. Ill take RG3 and the Shanahans against Romo and Garrett. I do believe it will be close and wouldnt be overly surprised if Dallas does win but I lean Skins. I also see Green Bay beating Minny and SF beating the Cards. Lastly, I do have Chicago sneaking in by taking care of Detroit. That game is interesting though bc if Bears do lose then Washington could make it regardless of the Dallas game. So That would leave us with the following

1.) Atlanta
2.) Green Bay
3.) San Fran
4.) Washington
5.) Seattle
6.) Chicago

Wildcard matchups would be tasty appetizers to start the tournament with Frisco hosting Chicago with a rematch of The Monday Night Beatdown aka Colin Kaepernicks coming out party. I wouldnt expect the same score but do see same outcome as far as 49ers winning the game. Next up Seattle at Washington with a matchup between two possible rookie of the year candidates. Seattle is hot and talented all around so I lean Hawks but do realize this team isnt AS dangerous away from their friendly confines aka 12th Man

Heading into the Divisional if I stand correct we will get Atlanta at home hosting Seattle and Green Bay at home hosting Frisco. That game would be a rematch of week 1 minus A Smith. Easily the Game of the Week and Ill predict this game gets the Sunday 4pm time Slot with Atlanta Seattle being the Saturday Night game. As far as, Who wins? Ill say 49ers and Seattle both pulling off mild upsets. Well upsets according to the media Espn etc. I honestly believe both SF and Sea are the most complete teams in the NFC. This would give us an NFC Championship game of a rematch of last Sun nights beatdown of SF by this hot Seattle squad. One thing that changes is SF would host and that would be the difference in my eyes as Coach Harbaugh would get the last laugh against good friend Pete Caroll. That was a joke obviously. But all jokes aside I do believe SF finds a way. I think Harbaugh knows that their biggest obstacle to the SB they will have to beat GB again in Lambeau against big bad Aaron Rodgers and Co. SF losing Manningham for rest of year really is a tough blow but as long as Vernon Davis is healthy they have enough options between their backs TEs and you still have Crabtree Moss and first rd draft pick AJ Jenkins who I really like. He isnt big but speedy and crafty so his problems might be beating press coverage and getting off the line of scrimage. However if he can manage I could see him and Kap making some plays together. It will be SF defense that takes over when push comes to shove. I trust Harbaugh and that staff to have the proper gameplans to get to the big game this year.

SuperBowl Prediction

SF 31 Denver 30

Playoffs will be great....Cant wait!

Very very important key factor for SF that you did not mention is the status of Justin Smith the defensive anchor of that Dline.. If he can't play for the rest of the year the Niners are in trouble..

Frank, i will be wary on Niners' downward defense if i were a Niners' fan like you. They gave up whopping 34 pts to the Pats in week 15 and 35 pts (excluding that blocked FG return TD by Seattle) in week 16. You won't win many games in playoffs with that kind of defense, unless SF tight up that D in a hurry or they'er in trouble.

I can see the Bears losing at Detroit, but regardless I think the Vikings at home take the Packers down.

And finally, Dallas beats the Skns.

So my playoffs prediction is:

1) Atlanta

2) San Francisco

3) Green Bay

4) Dallas

5) Seattle

6) Minnesota

Likely Green Bay and Seattle will win their WC games; this would have Green Bay at San Francisco and Seattle at Atlanta....

Skins will probably beat Cowboys this weekend.

I can see the Seahawks with the 'mild upset' over the Falcons.

And if the NFCC game is at SF that will be a huge advantage to SF. And if they play Seahawks that will be a heck of a game.

I actually like your SuperBowl prediction.  I do think Broncos will make it and then it comes down to SF or Seahawks.

Hey Frank, do you think SF will cover the spread vs Seattle in your assumed NFC Championship matchup? Let's say SF -3.5 vs SEA.

cannot believe anyone who thinks seattle will LOSE in the first round just cause theyre on the road.  hottest team outside of denver right now for sure.  as for the offensive weapons, they do not need to have a stacked offense to win.  they are BLOWING opponents out of the water this month with who?  with russel wilson buying all sorts of time by scrambling, old man plaxico burress would even have a chance to get open if he were on SEA.  did u see that video of navarro bowman trying to chase him down the entire game?  if SF couldnt sack wilson more than ONE time, who can?  the kid leads the league in buying time according to an ESPN stat.  and now that sherman got the W on his appeal, this team will NOT be going home and watching the playoffs on TV

Not a Niners fan myself, but potential Seattle/San Francisco in NFC Final (NFCC) should be a good one. Perhaps like NYG/SF of last NFCC.
