#1 Posted: 12/14/2012 1:09:18 PM Never seen a game so lopsided all year.
Green Bay -3 $544,566 95.54%
Chicago +3 $25,422 4.46%
Everyone knows GB owns CHI yet all this action and the line stays put? Jay Cutler is 1-6 vs. the Packers. Fact.
If the books were scared of getting hit they would have moved this line to -3.5 a long time ago. If I were holding a GB ticket, i'd be praying the line moves to -3.5.
If this spread stays at -3 10 minutes before kickoff i'm going all in on CHI.

Going all in just because the line doesn't go higher. Ok there.

Where do you get your information? Just wondering as I have never been able to find dollar amounts anywhere, just % of bettors. Unless this is a local book that you have access to. |

#8 Posted: 12/14/2012 2:03:59 PM Thanks for sharing this.. It's telling enough when you see over 90% on one team, and no line movement... But, these numbers tell a whole different story, really putting things in perspective..
A simple half point move to 3.5, would easily draw in Chicago money, leaving the books less vulnerable. I like your logic on this one. I'm on board! |

#14 Posted: 12/14/2012 2:48:18 PM Awesome info, I am still pretty comfortable with my Packers bet. I would think they will probably end up moving it sat night/sun morning, but oh well. Give me the belt.
Good Luck LC, you're all in is much more than what I throw down.

#15 Posted: 12/14/2012 2:56:05 PM A lot of reputable books have this game 'off' currently. And I too would like to know your source for this information. |

#16 Posted: 12/14/2012 3:01:01 PM Interesting numbers, Vegas is going to make a killing on this game, don't be fooled, take the bears to win outright, when the bears seem they have there backs against the wall, they play better in these situations. Green bay will win the division, but this week cutler and that defense comes to play, remember green bay as a running game by committee, and Marshall is going to have a huge game against a weak secondary. I know I'm on the right side. Bears win. |

I also like CHI to win outright, altho Matthews' return gives me some doubts. |

#18 Posted: 12/14/2012 3:09:20 PM The funny thing and I cant believe no one has brough it up. Is, not only is Green Bay at -3 they are at -3 +100 and -3 -105. They are even enticing you to take Green Bay with odds. |

Please explain this quote.....
"don't be fooled, take the bears to win outright, when the bears seem they have there backs against the wall, they play better in these situations. "
When have the Bears proved this???? Its not this year for sure....and seeing they missed the playoffs 4 out of 5 years, not sure how this is true |

MCL is not as bad as ACL. Cutler will play and there will be no noticeable difference. chicago will win, i think, because their motivation is higher for this particular game. Besides, that's what the bears all about - winning small and losing big.

You are correct.....any tear for a Qb isnt something that can effect him |

#23 Posted: 12/14/2012 3:26:27 PM I have a tough time betting any favorite with no defense and no running game. Although if Glen Cambell is singing for the bears at QB I'll lay off. |

well, i happened to play hockey in college and had an MCL tear. I was able to play within a week after diagnosis and my doctor and rehab regiment were not nearly as good as what cutler has.
in any case, money talks.. mine is on the bears.

Never seen a game so lopsided before:
Green Bay: $20,000
Chicago: $250,000
I pulled these numbers out of my behind....so where did you get yours? Before you get all the idiots who blindly follow anyone please explain if these numbers came from your behind or an behind of an associate? |
