Any chance AT ALL the Miami loses to Jacksonville?

I know it's not likely, but just curious of anyone thinks it's even remotely possible.

I ask because I'm in a very large survivor pool (91K) with 69 players remaining and I am the only with Houston left, which I am using this week. And I'm fairly certain that most will have Miami with a few having Seattle, Detroit and Oakland.

But if Miami loses that would most likely cut the pool in half and possibly more. 

Miami's weakness on defense is their secondary and Cecil Shorts will play. Hoping Henne might be able to rack up some yardage against them.
I know the jags have the worst run defense in the league but I think the dolphins may have just packed it in after that tough loss last week.
And now they have to fly back all the way across the country with the season over.

Would love to hear your thoughts.

You summed up why Jacksonville might win this week: Miami has a horrendous secondary and Henne will be wearing his Shorts this week.

But, Miami is still a better team. Jax still has a horrible run defense that Bush should exploit.

I can see Miami losing, just because they aren't the greatest team. But, Jacksonville is so bad that it's unlikely.

I'd still take Houston if you have them. Much safer

I'm in a survivor with 4 remaining.  I picked Miami but I may switch to Detroit.  I like your Houston pick this week.  I can easily see Miami losing to da broken Jags.

Seriously, Joe.  If I were in your position I'd absolutely play the Texans without even thinking about it.  You saved them all season for this moment.  It's your best chance to win the pool.  It's the end game now.  Go for their throats and pray Henne has a big day.

Thanks for the advice buddy. And you're right, I've waited this long and It may pay off big time. I've yet to see a week where only 1 guy has a the biggest favorite on the board. So I might as well take advantage of it and hope it works out.

But even if the Dolphins win hopefully Seattle, Detroit and Oakland all lose. That should slim down the pool a bit. 

To be honest I am most concerned about next week. I was originally thinking of saving Houston till then because it's slim pickins. I will most likely go with Carolina vs. Oakland. I may also give Washington and Tampa some consideration.

Dolphins 0-7 ats Dec Home fav of -7 or more
1-11 ats as SD fav off a su/ats loss
Malarkey 9-0 ats away off a loss

Dont save Houston. They might not have anything to play for next week. They still need a win this week.

Be careful with that Detroit pick.  They have packed it in as well and now laying 6 points to a team coming off a divisional beat down at home just wanting to get some respect back.  Lions have zero to play for and don't see them getting excited to play this Zona team.  Lions have a great history of losing when laying points on the road.  If you like Houston I would go with them for sure but even Miami is a better choice here over Detroit.

You're right I need to take care of business this week so I went with Houston. 
Besides, if Miami and a few other upsets happen we may only have around 20 or so left and most likely a deal will be struck to chop up 91K. 

I'm good with that.

Thanks man, I might need it if we make it to week 16. lol

But I have a good feeling that I'll survive the rest of the season without a loss.

Hopefully I'll be back here next week asking for advice again. lol
