Teams that have lost 5 straight games ATS and lost their last game SU are 25-1 ATS. This system has come into place one time earlier this season with Baltimore beating Cleveland a couple weeks back. Normally, this is a game to hammer; however, I don't know how anyone can be confident in those quitters, known as the Philadelphia Eagles. Regardless, on principle, I still have to go with the system that is almost flawless and the points. If I lose, I lost on something that has been money repeatedly.

Agree with the play but just a heads up that system was terrible last year. There were 4 or 5 losses and the JM chasers suffered a bath. Linesmakers/variance may have caught up.
GL bud.

That's one of the things that makes me balk at backing that seemingly rock solid trend. That and it almost seems like the Iggles are more concerned about collecting their game checks instead of playing hard.
Great info though Niner.

I have been cashing in off the eagles all season but this is not the game to fade. The Eagles are still playing for something. The season is over but the coaches and players are playing for jobs. If it was all about pride then yea i woukd agree they quit but money talks and that is what all of these players are playing for. We saw this team beat the giants this year. They are capable and they will show you. Giants by a td if not more. Carolina really is as bad as their record.

If the system is 25-1 ATS, how could there have been 4-5 losses last year?

I looked up last years results and this stat actually went 1-3 ATS. The only winner was on a Sunday night game with Washington +7 at home against Dallas. The other losses were St. Louis @ Dallas, TB @ Atlanta, and SD vs. Denver.

JD - I just checked my numbers as well and the Colts also lost last year at home to Jacksonville. That's 4 losses and Indianapolis actually lost SU & ATS again the next week although I didn't count that in my numbers for this specific trend.
I've used that system as part of my capping in the past but last year it went up in smoke. Not sure if it was an aberration, linesmakers catching up, or variance catching up to a small sample system hitting at an unsustainable rate. My guess is a combo of all three. We'll see what happens tonight.

Mac - your numbers are correct, my numbers were not updated to reflect last seasons losses. The numbers are correct that the trend did hit 25/26 times, which is a large enough sample size to say with statistical confidence there is a big edge in this system. again, I think the Eagles are quitters, so scaling back what would normally be a big spot for me.

mac/Niner thanks for confirming. It's a solid trend but the nosedive last season is a bit concerning. I think the MNF aspect makes it even stronger than a regular day game.
I'll be pulling for you either way.
BOL tonight fellas, keep up the good work.
