League.... I got a question for you I hope you can help me out with. I agree with you whole-heartedly and love the play.... But my predicament comes down to my "confidence pool". Spreads for the pool are introduced on Tuesday so the line for the pool is **-3.5 Steelers**.  What would you're pick be here with this sort of line and most importantly where would you weight the ranking of that pick between 16 and 3???

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

Burly - Can't recall off the top of my head, somewhere in that vicinity I believe.

BigLick08 - 3-1 , only loss was Cowboys +4.5 to the Falcons

Zephyr_10 - This game should be low scoring so taking the Steelers at -3.5 is a huge difference than +3.5. I do have the Steelers winning this one but it won't be a blowout. Tough call

I like the way you think and your take on the game but I don't agree at all in this situation.

Steelers are also 0-4 all time vs Ravens without Ben Roethlisberger as the starting quarterback .

You going to be on anything else this weekend?  I know you don't play a lot of favorites, but I really like the Broncos to win in blowout fashion this weekend.

Unsure how I feel about this game. Big Ben has to be top 3 most important persons for an offense. I don't think Pitts can throw in a good running game and the return of Mendy to make up for Ben. Maybe Vegas gets slaughtered

Junior316 - This is only a play for the first game without the starting QB. Steelers are 0-4 without Big Ben against the Ravens but Ben has never been injured the week before playing the Ravens. Again these types of plays only work the first game with the star player out.

Numero_Uno - Only other plays I like are the Raiders and Eagles. Chargers are in a absolute must-win situation here if they want a chance at the playoffs. They lose here season is all but over. I would lean Chargers; however, i've learned it's almost impossible to bet against Peyton this year. He's on a mission to prove something.

Just started paying more attention to NFL this year, but even I know the QB is the most important position and losing Big Ben is probably the worst thing that couldve happened to PIT. We all saw how pathetic the offense looked with Leftwich out there. It doesnt matter how great of a receiving core you have if you don't have anyone who can throw. I would feel a lot better if Troy was out there, but he's hurt too. BAL -3 looks like a trap, but thats only because no expects PIT to stay within 3.

GL people, I like BAL.

Also...without a doubt i will be betting the Low ALT under...unit size depends.

It hit last night, on MNF, and on SNF... all of which i was on

and many other primetime games so far this year.

what is weird is... when my book lists the alt totals as the only prop before others earlier in the day... every time this year except once when they do this the low alt U hits... when they release it w/ all the other props it's prob about 50/50   ... it was released early L3 games...  crazy that this fact is working.

anways I can see this being a less than 30 pt game for sure  ...Low Alt should be 31.5(ish)

LC, respect your angle and picks as always.  However, I would take Ravens if I was to bet on this game.  I would pass though cause there are better fish in the pond this weekend.  GL.

Eagles are in a similar position yes. They aren't as much of a championship team but there still a veteran team as they've been to the playoffs 3 of the last 5 years under Andy Reid. They will play much harder this weekend. I have them in a teaser as well.
