There are a lot of very tight lines today.  All the games that I wanted to be on for the line value I found enough reasons to stay away.  Minnesota is the best example of this.  Statistically speaking they should be about -3 point favorites today.  The Lions spread is inflated because CP threw for 44 yards last week and Detroit is on a 4-0 ATS run.  For Minny to win, they'll have to dominate special teams (which is very possible) and AP will need to carry them offensively.

Philly is in the wong zone so they're a smart teaser up if they come to play (although I have a feeling that the Cowboys defensive line smells blood and if this gets ugly it will be like playing a road game for the Eagles).

Oakland hasn't won a 1:00 start on the east coast in forever, so I like your chances.  

I don't think you crossed enough key numbers moving Denver to +1.5 - you gave up a lot of value making this move.  Also Carolina has played a tough schedule and they've been in almost every game.  They're going to come to play today and Denver is in a bad spot.. could come out flat offensively against a pretty solid defense.

Oh and Cincinnati crossed a lot of key numbers getting to 10.5 and the sharps seem to love this play.  Cinci and Carolina have seen some of the most sharp action this week.

I think Teasers can be used responsibly in the NFL to cross key numbers and get extra value for your buck.  But that said, I'm 21-1 ATS and ML if you include the three team parlay I through out week 4.  And I'm barely .500 on teasers and totals.  Hmph.

The under looks great statistically at first glance, but digging deeper and for it to go as low as my model says, both offenses will have to be exceptionally inefficient.  With both teams so turnover prone, and Philly's motivation and effort completely in question, I felt it better to go with the team that smells blood.  Dallas is historically horrible in this spot (narrow spread, divisional game) but I'll buck the trends and take the better team.
