Heres my play. I need San Fran to win to hit the parlay. I was thinking about putting 200 on Buffalo +10 and hoping for a middle opportunity to hit both. Best Case I win 500 if San Fran Blows them out or I win 100 if Buffalo wins. Any thoughts here? Should I play Buffalo ML instead?

leave the play alone strong chance of hitting.. If your money hungry for 100 bucks you shouldnt be gambling at all. Not trying to be a smart ass but let it ride

Thanks. I just dont want to waste a payout and endup taking a 100 loss when theres $ to be made. I probably will just let it ride or put 100 on Buffalo+10 for the free play

Best case, is to hedge it for 350... that way no matter what, you net AT LEAST 250. IF it hits the middle, that's close to 1000... take the money... :O)

If you are interested in a profit regardless, SGV's suggestion should be followed.
I'd let it ride and watch the 1H play out. At least you have an idea of how each team is performing. As a side note, you picked SF b/c you figured they would win. Stick with your gut.
I'd wait and play Buf 2H +3.5 or +4 (projected).
GL with your play

if you want to make sure you don't lose any money, you can just bet Buffalo (+10) for 110 to win 100... that way, you get your money back if SF somehow loses, but you also get a strong middle opportunity...
personally, i have SF (-9.5) as the last leg of a 4-team parlay, and i'm not hedging it at all... i wouldn't waste anything more than $100 on the Bills at nothing less than (+10), if i were you...

the thing is, if you are just going to hedge out your entire original bet... then why did you include SF ML (at less than -420, i'm sure) in the first place?
if you're not going to get at least some shot at a middle (win / win), then i don't see the point, with this situation...

yeah your right, hedging in the long run is stupid because all your doing is paying juice twice. Never make the last leg if your plannin on hedgin later but that's how i would do it if i was him
