Week 5 Survivor pick

I&#x27;m leaning Giants.&#xD;&#xA;But I have very little faith in them. I can&#x27;t find a better play on the board, except for Houston (but I&#x27;ve taken them already)&#xD;&#xA;Thoughts?

i&#x27;m playing the rams. you could also try gb, pit, SF. i would say SF is probably the best bet, i can see the texans lose in a low scorer. i like to avoid big favs when playing survivor as those teams tend to lose SU. look at the past 4 weeks.

I&#x27;m afraid of the Giants, because they chronically underachieve. The reason I&#x27;m more confident is because they&#x27;re coming home and coming off a loss.&#xD;&#xA;The Browns aren&#x27;t awful, FYI. Weeden has been getting better everyday, and Richardson is a beast. When Haden comes back, watch out.&#xD;&#xA;As for SF, I don&#x27;t think BUF is that bad either. I was thinking of PITT, coming off of a bye. That would be my second choice. Maybe GB too. Although I don&#x27;t like picking road teams. &#xD;&#xA;Rams is ballsy, komot

&#xD;&#xA;Remember last year, when the Seahawks travelled across the country to play the heavily favored GIants? There was NO WAY the Giants would lose that game. Oh wait, they did.&#xD;&#xA;The Giants and Eli choke. So it scares me.

gb seems solid, but colts emotional after coach leaving to go to hospital. it seems teams always pull together and play lights out when shit like that happens

As Giant fan, I remember last year when they did lose to Seattle, everyone lost on that game, but the Giants were coming off a WIN at Arizona, this week they come off a loss.. Coughlin always gets his team up after a loss... The Browns are due!!! I always stay away from the "obvious" pick.. I&#x27;m one of 400 left in a pool that started with 3700!!!

The Giants seem to always play down to their competition and end up struggling against bad teams.

I run a survivor pool and have noticed a pattern with Giants games.  2 years ago my pool ended when the Giants lost at home to the Cowboys, I think they were 16 point favs, last year the Seahawks game knocked just about everyone out of my pool, but wait, the pool ended when the Giants won at New England as a 10 point dog.  My point being, the Giants lose games they should win and win games they should lose with consistency.  Through in the fact that the NY Giants play at San Fran next week and I think both of those teams look ahead to that matchup.  I would take a team like New England at home, especially seeing they lost their only home game they played this year, they won&#x27;t be 0-2 at home.
