Got 4 from the AFC and 3 from the NFC


The AFC will Definatley be one of these 4 teams Texans, Steelers,

Ravens, Pats if Houston's offense can stay healthy combined with

that top 5 defense they have a great shot to win it all. If Flacco can

become a better qb the ravens have a good shot too and they need

to get better on the road losing to Seattle, Jacksonville and San

Diego last year pathetic. Steelers improved their o line but i dont

like the addition of todd haley at Offensive Cordinator he'll want to

turn them back into a running team which makes no sense in

todays pass happy nfl I like the way arians had them going

they were a pass first team. And the pats cause their cheaters and

the nfl gives them a soft schedule every year but i think come

playoff time that weak defense of theirs will be their downfall

shoulda been the ravens in the sb this year if lee evans could catch

and they didnt miss an automatic field goal just bad luck for the

ravens.

NFC only 3 teams stand out San Fran, Green Bay, and Chicago

Too many injuries for giants and loss of many players they won't

repeat Detroits Defense isn't good enough yet maybe in a few more

years and the Saints? ha they proved for many years now they can't

win on the road give the friggin rams their first win last year lol

loose to the seahawks and San Fran 2 years in a row on the road

unless they get first seed and play all home games and get passed

this bounty scandal which leaves them without their head coach

and getting a new defensive coordinator to what was a shitty

defense that cant stop the run in the first place i dont see it.

I love what the Bears have done. Great value play IMO. Only concern I have is the O-line. Love Bush and Marshall. To bad that I don't think Knox is going to play. I have $200 to win $6000 on them. Played well before the injuries last year. Good value for the money.

Well Winni.  I like your final teams..

AFC...I'm lean toward Patriots or Houston...Baltimore seem to always be a bridesmaid. Pats, and Houston in much easier divisions   Balt, Cinn, Pitts will beat each other up. AFC west, Denver needs a year with Manning.

NFC... Leaning to San Francisco or Green Bay..

San Fran has an easy division..Chicago is in a tough division, and GB was 15-1 last year. 

Dallas, Philly, Wash have too many scrambling QB to survive. And, it's hard for the Gaints to repeat, history is not on their side. I don't like Atlanta's coach, Carolina, and my team Tampa are rebuilding. And New Orleans has too many issues.

Look me up come Superbowl time. I have a 12- 1 record against the spread in the last 13 Superbowls.

 I think not. They're almost guaranteed a 1st round bye as long as Smith can keep his head in the game.

i live in bay area and its funny how many niners fans there are now... but i agree i dont think they will nearly as productive as they were last year... they took a lot of teams by surprise, and that wont happen this year....

2 teams i think have a legit shot are the cowboys and eagles... both have a ton of talent on both sides of the ball...

i love what the cowboys did by getting brandon carr and morris claiborne, as a fan i wish they would have taken mark barron, i just think we need a lot of help at the safety postition... but we can go 3 deep at the cb spot...

as for the eagles "dream team" they should be better this year now that jackson is happy and they paid shady mccoy too cuz they didnt want a repeat of what happend last year... but after being together a year i think they will gel a lot better this year

I know i saw your thread last year will be looking again for it this year. The bears are great value and i think i'll lay some money on them. Dallas and philly have the same problem high expectations every year but when it comes time to prove it the fall flat gb or sf would beat either of those teams. The 9ers kept that defense in tact added depth at wr if alex smith can just manage the game they can win defense wins championships ppl seem to forget that the giants didnt blow them away that game went to ot

I don't think San Fran even makes the playoffs next year. If Smith struggles and goes like 0-5 again, they'll call it a season and put Kaepernick in to develop him.

They've been trying to get rid of Smith for years now. He just comes cheap and they never hit on a QB in the draft.

eagles might have the best defense in the NFC this year, if they can count down on the number of turnovers, this team will be a serious contender this season

I do not think SF will be a good pick because there schedule is a whole hell of a lot tougher this year and that division is starting to get better. Love the research you did @winnipeg_pimp

Be careful with SF this year.  Echo the statment above, the schedule points to less wins. 

They play @GB, @NE, @New Orl.   Buffalo, Chicago, Jets, Giants will also be tough games.

NFC - Packers, SF, Giants, Eagles, Saints


I narrowed it down to 10 (going out on a limb, I know,) but I would be shocked if two of these teams didn't meet in the superbowl.

Gun to my head and I had to pick two teams not from this list. I'd say Bears or Lions. The NFC is superior to the AFC. Two of those 5 teams WILL PLAY in the AFC championship game.

Sd needs Matthews to stay healthy and one of the we to step up to fill the void Vincent Jackson left also they need to start Winning in October and november not just December don't see it happening another over rated team like the eagles and cowboys always high expectations but never live up to them
