putting money on the RAVENS ML after the memory of what they did to the Pats a few years ago in a similar spot has sunk deep into the Brady Psyche not to mention the rabid fan base (of which i admit to being a member) is dont do it

Not a good comparison. Ravens had trouble with S.D. because of their 2 6' 5" wide receivers, Malcom Floyd and Vincent Jackson. The Pats have nobody like that at WR. Welker is good but Welker, Branch and Edelman are not in the same class. The only one who would be a match-up problem is Gronkowski. He is a matchup problem for everyone. Ravens will probably have to double team him and go man to man on the others.

I do think Bal has a good chance. I just don't understand why you just brought up the losses by Pats to NYG, Bills, and Pitt without mentioning Bal losses were to Jac, Sea, Tenn and SD. They were all the road, too.

I think it's more than an appropriate comparison you give him credit for. Besides Moss, Brady really never had a true #1 or great WRs to work with most of his career. Hernandez is underrated or simply overshadowed by Gronkowski, too.

I most likely will be on them so I have to be confident. Hell, KC beat GB while not too many gave them any chances(not just cover but win SU) and I would think Bal stands a lot better chance.

grossamn and helu carved up the pats d
flacco and rice can do the same , if not more
the raven o will do eneough to win the game , it's a question of how much the d can do to stop brady and co
i think the points are solid here and ravens can win outright as well

If Baltimore is the pick.................Why did they struggle against Jacksonville, Seattle,Tennessee and San Diego? Not to mention all road games. You think it's easy to win in New England?
The Patriots lose to Giants, Steelers (Playoff Teams) and Buffalo which is a divisional game. Give me a break, Patriots win and cover spread.
Brady gonna have them ole' boys screaming Mercy!!!

As looking at this game some more...Den defense made Brady looked like GOD. They played ZONE all game and Brady have a history of destroying ZONE defense.
Ravens are way more aggressive up front/corners/dbs and they man up on you.
I am starting to love the Ravens +pts more and more. May also drop a few units on Ravens ML too!!

Baltimore wins SU. Take the ML and forget the points. As long as Baltimore's D shows up they will win. Flacco and Rice will have no problem moving the ball on the Pats shit defense. See ya Brady. Watch the Superbowl on the couch.
Flacco threw for 34 yards against the Pats in the wild card round in 09 and they still won 33-14. And this was without beast Ray Rice. Ravens D is elite and will show it this weekend. Brady will be on his back all game. I love watching Brady get pissed.

Why did you bother typing this? Its rubbish and untrue.
Of course Baltimores defense will have some thinking they can hang.....but this defense is OLD. In the 3rd quarter Gronk and Hernandez will be going full speed and those 250 pound linebackers will be trailing....Brady and the hurry up will get it done. Ed Reed will also not be 100%.....
The Patriot defense has been laying in the weeds all season. Belichek knows how to stay under the radar....They had a tune up scrimmage last week....Flacco is very inaccurate and they dont give Rice the ball enough most of the time....
