If you're thinking about taking either side in this game it may be worth considering the following:
Seattle and St. Louis are tied for the division lead in the NFC West. St. Louis hosts San Francisco in an early game on Sunday. If San Francisco wins, Seattle must beat Tampa Bay in order to stay in the playoff race. If St. Louis wins, Seattle will automatically play St. Louis on January 2nd for the division title (regardless of what Seattle does versus Tampa Bay).
Thus, if St. Louis wins in the early game Seattle may well rest some semi-injured starters or at least not play with the same sense of urgency. Just a thought...

Tampa should be the play anyways. They have that beast Legarrette Blount to run all over that terrible defense. Seattle's QB threw four INTs and in the next game he was pulled for friggin' Charlie Whitehurst.
