#1 Posted: 12/6/2009 12:44:25 AM I just do see San Diego being motivated here. I look for a low scoring 9-11 point Charger victory. |

Exactly. Flying across country from beautiful San Diego to play the lowly Browns in the freezing cold with big games against Dallas, Cincinnati, and Tennessee to follow.
Prime letdown spot here |

Just too bad this isn't a 1 pm Eastern start.
Either way, I think you have to take a look at the Browns in this spot.

#8 Posted: 12/6/2009 2:17:02 AM San Diego can't afford to take any game lightly right now. With Denver right on thier tail, each game is a must win. San Diego is playing as good now as they have all year. I would agree with a lower scoring afair, but definatley a win. Cleveland will be lucky to put the ball in the endzone. Jamal Lewis is out for Cleveland. At this point, we have Cleveland trying to figure out what they are going to do for next year, and we have San Diego trying to win a division. My lean on this game is the under, but mostly becuase Cleveland doesn't score but a FG or two. SD should put up 28 points. |

And then after that, you have to take a look at yourself in the mirror and ask "What the hell was I thinking?" |

Five years the Chargers went to Cleveland in December to play a meaningless game in a huge snowstorm. They were big favorites but the line fell that morning because of the storm. Didn't matter, as the Browns rolled over like they usually do, losing 21-0. |

#19 Posted: 12/6/2009 9:18:13 AM Browns can't stop anyone on defense (Detroit lit them up). Browns can't score on anyone (except on Detroits awful defense). Chargers might win 21-0 weather its snowing, raining, windy or sunny. This is the worst Cleveland team since 1999 and that team was bad. Take the Chargers on an adjusted line and bank roll a big day.

#20 Posted: 12/6/2009 9:29:59 AM Phillip Rivers and Antonio Gates have been on fire, while LaDainian Tomlinson has found his way into the endzone five times in the last three games. Even the defense, who has been the achilles team of this very talented squad, had forcing turnovers, including five against the Chiefs last week. Look for a high scoring game! |

#21 Posted: 12/6/2009 9:37:38 AM Going to take my chances that s.d. who only has a 1 game lead over the donkies will not overlook a poor brownies squad. i think they get a early lead and run up the score they play dallas next week @the big score board and a slip today could start a downhill slide
good luck BigNiner &everyone on this game today no matter what way you go |

I agree Diego will have it put away by halftime.. and Browns can't throw to save the spread.
