How are the Bills the play today?

I have seen people posting in other peoples threads that this is the case. The Bills have a new head coach and are starting Ryan Fitzpatrick at QB. Not to mention they cant stop the run and MJD will run all over them. I'm just trying to get an angle where you can see Buffalo covering. Fitzpatrick is lucky to throw more TD's to his own team than the opponent. Can anyone give me a good reason other than 9 points is too many ...The only way I can see the Bills covering is with a horrible gameplan by the Jags coaching staff. If they decide they want to let Garrard win the game, they may lose outright. But if they let MJD carry them I just see no way Buffalo covers here...

jack is 2-9 last 11 as a home fav.  Keep that in mind.  GL though.  I like neither.  I'm liking baltimore +1.

Makes zero sense to me as well....a team that is in disarray and just fired their head coach....I'm staying far away from this pig..

But what is that reasoning? That is as good as 9 points is too many. I think they have played very inspired football all season and they just suck. Normally in handicapping we extrapolate statistics that are meaningful in order to determine an outcome. It is not possible to do this with inspiration but it is too unpredictable.

Totally agree with you. I think they will have some new O plays and open it up a bit.

I think they need to get Fred Jackson more involved.

 

I LOVE the oVER in this game. Both D's are giving up an average of 25 a game.

I can see a 28-24 type game here or higher. The Jags will run and score and I think the bills can put up 14-20 points on that JAGS D

especially with the banged up secondary

Some new plays? You think? Have you become a seer? This shit is hilarious. Not to mention you think Ryan Fitzpatrick can not only score 24 points, but take advantage of a secondary. His deep ball is a 7 yard slant. Keep em coming fellas I'm actually laughing today.

I am just telling you that the JAGS D isnt that great and I think the bills will be able to move the ball.

 

I could care less about the spread because I like the OVER

I could see another type of game they had last week VS the Titans.

All I know is, what they were doing wasnt working, so they will be trying something different now.

I just think thats a lot of points to give with a crappy D the Jags have so thats why I lean the OVER

 

why are you going to start a thread asking why then bash people that come in and give you their opinion you dumb ass?

next time just keep it to yourself then and go with your gut.

Now I hope you take the Jags and recieve a back door cover.

These two are more similar than just a new coach and QB.  YPPT Buffalo is better, similar PYA and they are equal on covering ATS.  I do not like betting teams that just lost there coach, but how could you not even look at taking the points here?  I think the line should be 4-5.  gl

I'm not bashing I'm just looking for something tangible. To say that you think the Bills are going to come up with some new plays sounds like a middle school mentality. Here comes the "annexation of Puerto Rico..."

I'm not betting on the Jags or the Bills I'm just trying to understand where the love is coming from. Now if you are going to tell me something like the Jaguars offense is going to be in trouble b/c Stroud played there 2 years and knows a lot of the offensive sets and audibles, I will listen. Or Jairus Byrd is a ballhawk and Garrard has had trouble with throwing interceptions lately, I will listen. But to suggest they are going to come up with new plays

what I meant by new plays is opening up the playbook. trying to get jackson and TO more involved. Let your play makers make plays.

 

The 2 D's playing today are not good and Jags are not great ATS as home favorites.

when you get to this point in the season and a team has nothing to play for and nothing to lose you can see more chances being taken in the game. that could go either way as well.

I can see the bills scoring 17-24 and if the Jags score the same amount then I have my OVER

 

thats all I was saying. Since I am taking the OVER I dont like laying 9 or 10 with bad D's

I would LOVE the over here if I trusted Fitzpatrick at all. He is an over killer by himself. All he does is throw the dump pass or attempt a deep ball and come nowhere near completing it. IF the Bills can score 17 points this game will fly over. BOL to you and I understand where you are coming from, but you have to realize this is the Buffalo Bills. The most unimaginative team in the league over the last decade. To even suggest a real gameplan has my head spinning. I am a Bills fan and you know what jersey I own?
