MrMet's Week 11 Plays

Alright, I have had a very bad two week run, going 2-7 last week and a combined 2-12 the past two weeks. I am complete fade material.

I put a lot of work into my plays and they just don't pan out the way I want.

NFL Record YTD: 39-42-2 (48.1%)
NFL Straight Wager Record YTD: 30-29-1

So far I have one play for this Thurs:

Panthers -3: The Panthers have looked good since being embarrased by the Bills a few weeks back. Ronnie Brown is out of this game and I think its a great spot for the Panthers at home to get a win. The Dolphins have no passing game at all and rely on their running game, Ricky Williams will not be able to get it done all by himself in this game. On the other side of the rock I think that as long as Jake doesn't throw this game away that the Panthers will have no problem winning and covering this game.

(Normally I provide a lot more of a write-up, but im just gonna keep it short and to the point)

Thanks, Yeah I don't see the dolphins doing much on offense in this one. The Dolphins have no passing game and without Ronnie Brown this team is horrible. I much rather have WIlliams/Stewart at home than the Dolphins with just Ricky Williams.

Alright I have been going through this weeks games and will start posting some of my plays later today or tomm.

Adding:

Indy/Baltimore Over 44:  5 of the last 6 of the Colts/Ravens games have gone under, but the Colts have averaged 26 a points a game against the Ravens. The Ravens now have a better Offense and will test the Colts defense in this game. The Ravens are averaging 24 points per game and I think that they will be able to stay with the Colts in this game. The Ravens defense did shut down the Browns last week but we all know that doesn't count. The Ravens offense looked poorly last week, but I expect them to have success on offense in this one.

Final Score Prediction: Colts 27/Ravens 24

The Play: Over 44

San Francisco/Green Bay Under 42: Both of these teams have a good defense, I don't think the 49ers will be able to do much in this game. The 49ers will have to establish their running game, becuase the Packers have a very good secondary. On the other side of the ball I think that the 49ers must stop the Packers passing game by getting some pressure on Rodgers. The 49ers forced 5 int's in their last game and got 10 days to prepare for this game against the packers, I expect them to stop the Packers offense which will not have much of a running game in this game.

Final Score Prediction: Packers 17/49ers 13

The Play: 49ers/Packers Under 42

Steelers -9.5 (B 1/2) at Chiefs: The Steelers are allowing under 70 yards rushing a game and even without Troy I expect them to play very well defensively. The Chiefs have a horrible defense and I expect the Steelers to establish a running game that will make Ben's job a lot easier. The Steelers will move down the field at will in this game. I don't see any way that Chiefs can stay in this game. The Chiefs do not have much of a running game to begin with and the Steelers will shut it down relatively easily. If Mendenhall can do what he did againsy Denver than this one is over.

Final Score Prediction: Steelers 27/Chiefs 10
