Saw a thread in the CFB forum where a guy is trying to turn $200 into $10,000 playing 11.5 point teasers. I'm going to try the same, turning $25 into $1,000 playing teasers.
As a disclaimer, I know that teasers are generally not profitable to the average sports bettor, and I have lost thousands playing teasers over my sports betting career. This will be just for fun, and if I can put together 6 straight wins I will meet my goal.
I will be playing CFB and NFL, looking for the 4 best sides and/or totals per week.
Good luck me !!!

1. Ball State +27.5 vs Central Michigan. CMU has a red hot offense, but Ball State has played very well at home, and CMU hasn't been anything special on the road this year. BS hasn't lost by 28 at home this season, and CMU hasn't won on the road by 28. Further, week night home dogs +13 points hit around 80%.
2. Houston -10.5 vs Memphis. Houston has one of the best, if not the best offenses in the country. Memphis doesn't play a lick of defense. Memphis has been blown out in every road game this year. Houston is 3-0 ATS at home.
3. Houston Texans +8.5 vs Tenn Titans. The Titans are on a bit of a roll, but teasing MNF home teams by 13 points has a very high success rate. Doubt the Texans lose this one at home, and if they do I doubt they lose it by more than 8!
4. Vikings/Seahawks OVER 33. The Vikings are averaging 30 points per game on their own this season, and I believe that every single game the Vikings have played has gone over 33.
Other leans:
Michigan Wolverines +25 vs Ohio State LSU +17.5 at Ole Miss Dolphins/Panthers OVER 29.5 Colts +14 at Ravens Patriots +3 vs Jets Eagles +10 at Bears Jaguars +4 vs Bills

@ kittsd - not a particular system, but i have ran the numbers on a few things and these scenarios getting 13 are pretty good:
- weeknight college home dogs
- MNF home teams
- the OVER on Thursday night NFL games
- NFL home dogs
- whoever is playing Notre Dame
But honestly I'm just trying to take all of these factors into account and pick good spots. For instance, Ball State has been playing very close games at home, and CMU hasn't beaten anyone on the road by 28, plus weeknight college home dogs getting an extra 13 hits around 80%, so I think BSU is a pretty safe play

i use cough..cough.. bodog and the payout is -120 on 4 team 13-pointers.
i don't really have a strategy, kinda just been finding those dogs that have been keeping games close. i tease totals on occasion, but i'll tell you there's nothing more frustrating than losing because of missed field goal.
here's mine this week:
carolina panthers +10 cmu -2 (nearly invincible) bowling green +2 okie state -5 (should win by about 2-3 tds at home)

now is also a great time to realize which bcs teams will be routing their opponents. boise on friday prime for this. teased down you'll have them at -10 to -12 which is beautiful.

I did an NFL super teaser since ncaa aint ma thing...
NE +3 Zona+3.5 Pitt+3 NO+3.5
You have 4 of the best teams playing 4 of the worst teams (Jets arnt BAD, but NE has their number in that division) With a field goal + cushion for emergencies.
