like the play, minny has quite a few moments already this season where their record could have easily gone the other way, i hope Big Ben comes up in a BIG way this weekend, BOL

BOL but there is no fricken way MIN is looking ahead to GB the next week.  Ever since Tomlin won the Superbowl this year he circled this game to show his prior defensive coordinator that he is the better coach.  Frankly I think they both suck!  I guarantee you Childress is not looking past this game.

If anything a better game perhaps would be NYG at home against AZ or PHI on the road against WASH.  Both of these teams were humiliated and usually that is good success the next week.  Especially in a two team 6 point teaser to basically just win the game.  BOL!

as a HUGE pittsburgh homer...i love this play.  i never bet Steelers games because i would rather enjoy the win and not worry about the cover.

i honestly think that Minny can get to the super bowl this year.  i feel they have all the right pieces in all the right places, however, they will not continue this win streak past Heinz Field.  i do agree with jesron about them not looking ahead though...no way anybody should be looking past the SB Champs.  This will be the best crowd Pittsburgh fans have turned out yet this year (working on getting my tix).  Losing Aaron Smith is gonna hinder the  run stopping abilities, but im confident in the Steelers philosophy of plugging in somebody else when a guy goes down.  theyve been doing it for years.  Unfortunately for Brett Favre, his miracles are coming to an end this sunday.  look for 2-4 INTs and 1-2 fumbles.  i honestly think that Chester Taylor will have more luck than AP.  Steelers tend to frustrate the big backs.  on the Vikings positive side...Sidney Rice has the skills to beat em deep.  and schiancoe is playing well right now. 

but like i said at the top...im a HUGE homer...

Huh?  Who travels to the home of the defending Super Bowl champions.........and looks past them?  If I were the Vikings, and Jesus Christ himself was scheduled to come back from the dead next Sunday, I still wouldn't look past the Pittsburgh Steelers.

That what everyone say every week that Brett gonna throw 2-3 pick and 1-2 fumble, but he come out and have 200+ passing yard and couple TD's. The only thing that might hurt MN them this week is if Winfield don't play. Stuff the run on All Day home run Rice!!! Telling you guys by game time this line gonna go up and I'm taking MN and waiting for the green to come through..... Steelers

I read or heard (cant amember... senile old fk ) that there've been 3 instances in recent history where Super Bowl Champs have faced 5-0 or 6-0 undefeateds...

... in all 3, SB champs have not only failed to cover, but lost outright.

Its a short trend; but a trend nonetheless. I'm likely stayin away from this one. Just thought Id mention it FYI.
