Is Philly trying to play the role of Ohio St?  Usually, i try to dodge the games that appear to be "fixable" (even though some theorize that they all are "fixable") by the books but I was stung but Ohio St and Auburn.  Teased them both and it didn't matter.  Teams came out looking like jr-high cheerleaders.

But not Philly too, right?  (will this be a fumble circus like Ohio St or a decent game?...7 - 3 Oakland  w/10:30 left in the 2nd Q)

glad COVERS.com hyped up the Giants as possible winners and all that.  Took Saints and the Over...

i mean, this IS the site that is printed on the back of most sportsbooks' line sheets - so the books probably, no, are almost guaranteed to be looking at this site.  So when covers says go left, its probably a good idea to look right...and squint a little.

cmon Philly!  10 - 3 OAK...  OAK (+14) against the monsterous EAGLES D...unless they play like the Giants...or Ohio St..

i also hedged a small bet on OAK...

i knew something smelled funny when they offered a ML on a 14pt fav and a 14pt dog...LOL!

But seriously - even though an OAK UPSET would galvanize the OAK fans into possibly betting for their horrendous team in the future, PHIL can afford to lose this game, but PHIL should clearly win.  Vick could take out OAK easily...in case McNabb and Colby can't...

I'm a Browns fan. I wake up every Sunday morning counting on the fact that we are going to lose because we suck.

If I were an Eagles fan, I would put a gun to my head and pull the trigger. You guys are the worst, best team in football. You have the worst, best QB, the worst, best defense, and at the end of the year, you will have the mosr disappointing team. But yet, because of your east coat location you will get the ESPN bias. the Sirius radio bias, and the Sports Illustrated bias.

But in the end you guys can't live up to your expectations and teams like Oakland make you look like whimps. LOL

Oh yeah. How many teams make a 270lb QB look like Jessie Owens. LOL. Only the Eagles. LOL. LOL. LOL.

Philly gets the ball to start the 2H. This game will be 13-10 Philly before you blink. The Raiders are still the Raiders. The wheels can come off of their bus at anytime with Russell at the helm. 23-10 Eagles at the end of the 3rd wouldn't be shocking. The Raiders are not 0-5 by accident.

on Philly -3.5 third quarter.  The juice for the half is too high, as it is getting pounded right now.  PHILLY -3.5 3rd quarter.

Yeah your right. Just about as funny as the Eagles missing a 39 yard field goal and still loasing to the Raiders. LOL

When you think about it, The Eagles and the Cowboys are nothing more then media darlings who can't measure up.

When you look at it the Eagles beat Carolina, KC, and Tampa Bay. Thery got hammered by New Orleans.

And now they are playing the mighty Raiders. They just keep getting tested and tested.................

next week will be fun when i bet according to what i think others will bet causing certain games to be fixed causing me to win games or spreads that shouldn't cover.

ECONOMY is hurting everyone.  Even banks.

So banks collect on overdraft fees     and books collect on fixed games.  time to bet against the public semi-blindly...
