Hey gang,

A New York Daily News story says that Eli Manning is "very likely" to start today against the Raiders barring any type of setback. The G-Men are 15.5-point home faves against the Raiders.

Pittsburgh won't get all-world safety Troy Polamalu back this week. RB Willie Parker won't play this week either. The Steelers give 10.5 points Sunday against the Lions.

Texans defensive end Mario Williams will be a game-time decision for Houston's game against the Arizona Cardinals. Houston gets 5.5 points at Zona today.

I'll keep updating today as the injury news comes down.

Yes, Keep the injury updates coming.

As for Eli...I'm not buying into the downplaying of his injury, as Plantar Fasciitis (sp) is nothing to sneeze at....usually takes several weeks, and possibly months for it to go away.

Yes, he better rest it so he can play next week.  Have had that crap and never missed work but I did a lot of limping even after it got taped up.  The taping relieved 95% of the pain right away but I was not a big time QB.  Since they are playing a crap team today the Giants should rest him.  I would consider it a dumb play to use him this week.  Archie should put his foot down, LOL...
