Unless Mangini concocts a magic potion, how do the Browns win this game and win it by 3 or more? Can't figure that one out.

The Raiders are worse than the Lions. Russell is not a pro-QB and his #1 wide-out is injured for this game. The Chargers D should be back and the Raiders offense cannot match the Chargers score-for-score. Surely the Chargers win by a field goal or more.
5. Patriots -4 over Bills
Bills are a wild-care team this season, but one thing is for sure, their defense has a ton of holes. Game is at New England and Brady will look to light it up early to silence the naysayers. Backdoor Bills cover looks out of reach as the Pats need to win this by 5 here to win this teaser and 5 is way to close for comfort to allow a backdoor cover.

I don't like the value in teasing vikings down to +2.5 from -4.
I know going across zero is not a good idea, but I like the Vikings moneyline. So, I figure adding them into this teaser increased the payout, plus I get +2.5. It's really a moneyline thought.

Staying away from that game. Not sure how good or bad the Dolphins will be this year and the Falcons are good enough to cover 11 if the Dolphins implode.
I am only considering this five, and really, the first four (minus New England). I can't see how any of them don't cover. Hoping to get other eyes to look at them and point things out I may not be seeing.

Time to rethink how these teasers work - they are called "teasers" because they tease you into thinking they are easy to win - the key is to cross the so-called "critical numbers", the more common NFL margins of victory (3,6,7,10,13,14). XhuegoX is correct - although I don't think Browns will beat Vikes either, you do need to get them to +3 1/2 to get the right value for this teaser. You want to get stronger teams down to -2 1/2 and get to +3 1/2 when you're teasing across zero. Anybody who plays these knows one team very often trips you up and that's the best value in teasers, esp. in week 1 when we don't know who is overrated and who is underrated. Even if Vikes blow away Browns, you still haveto think along these lines to be successful in the long run wth teasers. Hope I helped.

I took the same 4 out of the 5 team teaser in mine except the vikings, There a good team, but with mangini making calls for the browns, it should be a good game. Instead I took the cowboys at +1.5, Bucs have no offense and defense isnt the same stout defense as before!

I couldn't agree more. IMO, the Vikings will either come out like the sharp team they have the capability to be, or Favre will be nervous, uptight and unprepared. I just don't see this game falling between +2.5 and -4.
